All screenshots taken in LDD coming out as just transparent nothingness

Maybe there is a problem with your video card driver.

Have updated my drivers, and the problem seems to be persisting. Every now and then I can get a screenshot to actually come out as normal. Here's my system specs. I'm running a fairly average laptop. It has trouble running games without overheating, and sometimes struggles with LDD once it gets over 1500 parts.

Are you taking the screen shots using the background in LDD? I always just use ctrl+k to take screen shots. Alternatively, you could try and rendering program like bluerender...

In order to solve graphic drivers problems, maybe you need a deep clean before installing a new version of the drivers.
Besides you have two video cards (the integrated Intel card and the dedicated AMD Radeon card), so... what drivers did you updated? Which video card runs LDD?
