Piston gear - part identification help please

Would anyone on here be able to tell me which part is being used in this example to offset the drive rods from the centre of the wheels. I'm drawing a blank and could really use some help.

Yes that must be it. Thank you - thats been driving me crazy (sorry).

Yep, that's the part. They don't have much clutch (enough to stay on, but they are also easily knocked off).

I've tried this part on a couple of MOCs, and they've worked beautifully. If you don't mind, Blu-tack (or equivalent) helps a great deal; but you might be alright without.
