Recommended Posts

Here's a thread of my WIP project.
More pictures coming soon.
Currently it has been modified a lot from this original image but the idea is to make a medium/big sized mech.
I'm drawing my inspiration from mech warrior online.

MORE PICS!

The build is slowly advancing when i start getting parts in the mail. Next project to tackle is the knee joints.

UPDATE:

The lower torso needs a little bit of work and the legs need a redesign.. The top half of the torso is coming along nicely. A very jaegermech style vibe to it.
I'm kinda running low on white parts so i'll need to improvise.

This is starting to look good. I was skeptical at first how it would turn out. But it's actually resembling a mech.

Hmm. Looks like a cool, solid build! Looking forward to seeing your further progress.

Thank you!

Update:
The arms are just placeholders so ignore them.
The mech is now called "Grizzly IV"

It has hidden long range missiles in the upper torso. Also twin medium range missile pods on the shoulders.
The mech is built to look like it has a head to distract enemy mechs from shooting the lower torso where the real cockpit is.
The Grizzly IV is a heavy assault class mech. It's pretty much armed to the teeth and built with heavy armor. The mech is slow but packs a serious punch if it gets too close.
