xboxtravis7992 Posted March 28, 2016 Over in the discussion for the new Indiana Jones 5 movie, I jokingly named a possible 1970'2/1980's successor to Professor Jones's legacy, Amazon Rex! I made some custom figures for Amazon and his pals, and since I don't have a MOC for them yet I figured it would be best to post them here. Officer James Grayson drives a motorcycle through crowded city streets to chase a dastardly villian who has stolen a museum exhibit, with Ms. Virginia Williams sitting behind him... Meanwhile Amazon Rex is trying to keep up with the chase, but due to the lack of a car is using a rope and a snowboard to stay tethered to his friends motorcycle! So yeah, enough of the silly story, here are the figures. Other than the three introduced in the previous pictures there is to the far left Dr. Heinrich VonBron, a "Neo-Organization that must not be named in Lego", who is determined to find ancient artifacts with power; and to the far right is Amazon Rex's old mentor who needs no introduction... Thanks for reading!
Actor Builder Posted March 28, 2016 Ha! Fun stuff. Is Virginia Williams by chance related to Mutt?
xboxtravis7992 Posted March 28, 2016 Ha! Fun stuff. Is Virginia Williams by chance related to Mutt? I honestly forgot Mutt's "fake" last name was Williams! It would be a great way to tie these figures more into the Indy mythos. I will try and find a way to get the classic Adventurers story and Pharoah's Quest involved with these guys to, especially since I see them more as "Lego Adventurers" than part of the "real" Indy story. xboxtravis7992 Posted March 28, 2016 Yesss! So basically he's like Indiana Jones- but a little more out-there? Well he is a Lego figure; and his era of adventures is the 1980's; so yeah it is a bit out there! ;)
Actor Builder Posted March 29, 2016 Seeing as he's an 80s era action hero, shouldn't he have the new mullet piece?

Junior Shark Posted March 29, 2016 Since it's in the eighties, won't he be battling stuff like robots from the future, come to plunder the contemporary world of its historical artifacts?
