OmShanti Posted March 21, 2015 Hi, my name is Aimee. I am a female aged 31. I used to love Lego as a child, but lost my collection and therefore my interest. Years later, I developed an interest but never entertained it; until... I became a mother. When my child turned 5, an interest in Lego had bloomed so much that I had wished I'd bought the sets that interested me over the years. Still my interest wasn't enough to buy for myself, so I dropped money into Ninjago & Castle sets for the little one. It was the Lego Elves that sparked my interest enough to actually buy myself some sets, so I do hope that theme lasts. I plan to make a MOC of Elvendale sometime soon, it's a WIP since I'm still collecting elements. Aside from Lego, I love all things crafty. I am a self-taught artist in many trades; art journaling, drawing, painting, carving stamps/wood, repurposing/upcycling, crochet, sewing, concocting homemade shampoo/bodywash/lotion/etc, bookbinding, landscaping, etc I look forward to joining the great conversations here.
