I will get it online upcoming week or so. I will be on a holiday in two weeks, so we need to get it up-and-running before that.

Contest is live. Since, it's basically your contest, I have very few rules in place.

Oooh a new contest … unfortunately lots of busy weekends and lots of official Lego sets to build so I’ll most probably have an idea, start a thread and not finish building it. 🤣

I do still have my Power Loom in pieces on my desk, which I do want to complete at some stage.

Might try and do something small and easy for this, and not post unless I get close to completion.

PS already have an idea what I want to do. Also assume a few others are likely to create it too.

Contest idea - something (but not a vehicle, unless it's primary purpose is not driving) that uses one motor to perform actions, and second to change which action is performed.

Inspired by the creations of Steve Guiness at thebrickconsultant, I have an idea for the next contest: Technic Diorama. The requirement is to create a Technic-related diorama within a certain size limit. The size limit can be 11x19, since that's the size of a Technic base (39369).

What I see is mostly non-technic dioramas with hidden technic mechanism. I like that but I don't think it fits for a technic contest with a no-model-team spirit

There was that idea about animals or androïdes...

Why not! But we'll have to be more specific with what's allowed. Space contest was quite restrictive by forbidding wheeled vehicles. What do you have in mind? A submarine contest or an open underwater theme with animals, rovers...?

I guess that ship has sailed then 

How about just a size limit contest. Build a vehicle that fits inside a 11x19 base.

I also have some other contest ideas but they might not fit the small scale of an end of year contest.
