How many antennas are there? I count about five antenna in total. It's a nice mostly-symmetrical design. Can the technic panels on the outside be moved to allow better access to the interior?

One is a control stick antenna, other is a normal long 1x8 antenna, other is a fencing sword, the other is a ski stick and the last one is a large fig light saber. And yes, the base opens to access the interior.

Its a bit stark inside, but the futuronaut has all the basic amenities. There's even an airlock.
I like the style. A basic cylindrical tower with side covers to break the monotony. Maybe it need some more control panels, or more variation on the existing ones (computer screen for instance).

Indeed. That's why is an Outpost and not a base. 

And those are good suggestions.
