My guess is no since it is so close to the CMF release and the CMF is still on shelf's. I do not think there are any sets with a underwater scene where fish might fit in either Maybe next year in City or a aquarium in the modular building

Subthemes as a whole seem to be dead now, which is sad because I kinda miss them.

While it seems there are none, it's not true, however these subthemes have lost the traditional patterns and values of a common city subtheme. 

-My City 

-Great Vehicles

-Trains

-Miscellaneous-(Advent Calendar) 

 

Now the new direction city is going with has ruined the concept of subthemes. 

The Set numbers are misleading and the range is lost. 

Set xxxx1-Subtheme A

Set xxxx2-Subtheme C

Set xxxx2-Subtheme A again. 

Soon city might just be a bunch of miscellaneous sets.

We saw Arctic in 2023 and 2025 and Jungle in 2024. Space we got in Jan 2024 and Jan 2025; it's more of a winter theme now.

Stuntz seems to be dead; it's closer to the LEGO City Adventures days (2021-2023).

One mroe than, it’s not always about sci-fi-oriented Space subtheme as we had one in 2024 and 2025. We also had nomral Space subtheme in the past, speicifitically 2019 and 2022.

Don’t’ get me wrong but i would love to see City subtheme set in the past. In 2024 Space subtheme’s same fashion, it would be cool to see Adventurers, Castle, and Pirates. 2024 Space subtheme is very very futuristic that it won’t make sense if it’s “present day” that the fact Wanda was featured. Say, I want more Adventures subthemes like Desert or Mount Everst!  I don’t know how can they do with Castle or Pirates but I would like Lego to take on those challenges for City subthemes.

While that would be nice @_schwede, Space Police is not a City subtheme, but a Space subtheme.... although, a Space City (like as depicted in the old SPIII video logs) would be a cool thing too!

I was thinking... In the beginning of the year we got Coast Guard, now it seems we will be getting a port train and a beachside tram. Since last year the City Port retired and here are currently so many sets about the sea, do you guys think we could be getting a new Port this year or in the next?

I was looking at the list, and maybe we won't be getting a port next year (none of the sets that we already know details are on the 10euro range, so I'm guessing at least one will be on that price point). That being said one of the sets listed as [My City] could be a harbour or cargo boat of some sort... Who knows... If the train set comes with a crane and a truck, they could just sell a stand alone boat (like they did with the big plane).

It would also be cool that LEGO used the helmet they introduced in the wheelchair racer minifigurie from some series ago... They probably gonna use the dirt bike helmet piece though... 

But making the dirt piece once again availeble in more colours is good. Btw, do you think is there any hope of the scooter piece and the mobility scooter piece coming back as well?

This is amazing!!! Someone who has reddit please ask this guy for the instruction manual, that way we could see some official pictures of upcoming sets!

The little office that's included has a pug calendar on the wall so I figure maybe it's the foreman's dog or something!
