The seller just confirmed my suspicion - that lower jaw piece was indeed with other large random parts, not meant to be packed with dino parts. That jaw part was in the clear bag. Hence, it would be easier for him to check all Dino parts in clear pages in clear bags. But now it’ snot easier and Lego keeps him on his toes.

I think it was the same with the jaws for both the raptor and titanosaurus in 76973. Jaws came separate.

Can probably guarentee a few generic baby dino singular molds in those foil bags that come with those magazines lol

While there are no info on the 2026 sets, i am hoping for new species, such as Para,  Pachy, Dimetri, Styraco,  and their infant versions. And I also hope a few revised moles body part like a mid-body for Carnotaru and Allo or new legs for Therizi (it does ‘ have sickle toes).

We even have some new Atroci colors in the last season of CT that could get that treatment, but given how they only appeared in one wave 3 years ago, it's hard to say if they'll get used again and if they'll keep the same mold if they do. I mean, they did release the old Dilo in 2018 and the new one just one year later.

When did we have Set numbers of the Sets usually? I mean, right now it looks like we are only getting two 18+ Sets and a GWP, no Sets for kids anymore. One of the Sets comes in May and the other in June, so it seems unlikely we are still missing numbers to me....

Yeah, i don’t know when we will see new improved molds for mid-sized dinosaurs like Allo, Carnotaur, Theizi, etc. I appriecate new Dilo and Velico molds tho!

I don’t know but if I have to guess, i assume one of them would be a fossil set that aims for adult audience like we have T-Rex fossil set this year.  A tiger I’ve U syosoect wiykd be a=dua=arina from movie but there is no information yet. Hopefully playsets would be leaked next spring.

The point was that right it seems like there are no playsets at all. I mean I don´t see a reason why we should have the numbers of the big sets really and not for small ones, but who knows. I am still hoping for an UCS Visitor Center.

How likely we will see Stegosaurus and Pteranodon babies from Marvel show up in Jurassic World? Like when it will happen.

I don´t think at all. Their mould is quite special, and to me doesn´t fit with what the Jurassic World theme would use.

 Yeah they are pretty specific, so i feel like they are IP-locked(?).  So i guess Lego could modify those molds for Jurassic Wordl at least.

Yeah, I would expect them to do completely new moulds for them. Also, likely they would also make them smaller like they did with Ankylosaurus or Triceratops Babys.

Now that you mention Triceratops baby, I wonder if they would make a Stegosaurus baby in that size. Triceraotps baby is fairly big than Ankylosaurus baby.  But we will see what happen in  Jurassic World, it jsut hard to predict. 

Additionally, I a’m not fan of 1x2 brick in Triceratops baby’s body. It’s just weird to see that.

To be fair, there are four studs on the Stegosaurus mold back in early 2000s. Pretty neat for minifigure to sit on.

Anyone wants to see Lego introduce us to a Christmas-themed set? Like Santa’s sleigh pulled by Triceratops. lol, it’s just a jolly joke! 

And it would be interesting to see a trans-blue satin  version of small dinosaur, serving as an ice sculpture.  But I feel it’s impossible to do that.

Not sure what I should think about it. 77985 could be a diorama (or booknook...) with 1154 pieces and either 77984 (1924 pieces) is another skeleton, or maybe we finally are getting and UCS visitor Center (I would expect more pieces for that one though).

Given how detailed the rumours about Minas Tirith already are, I hope it won´t be that long till we at least get a name for the sets.

That has me thinking, could molded dino show up in these kinds of sets with more attention to detail and posability compared to normal ones?

If anything, they would introduce more articulated animal pieces for younger fans, not adults  18+ sets tend to have brick-built creatures

I would expect them to use the existing moulds, it is very unlikely we will get new moulds for existing dinos that allow more articulation IMO. Especially since later dinos tend to rather use less parts than more.

The piece counts almost mean nothing to me as it’s hard to predict what kind of sets they would be.  But I do think one of those sets will be another dinosaur fossil. 

Still no info on playsets….

Unless there’s a wave scheduled for August or September, these two sets will likely be all we’re getting next year
