If they put "Jango Fetts Starship" on the plaque I'm not buying it.

I'm pretty sure they'd put "Jango Fett's Starship" on the box, but the plaque will more likely be "Firespray" or whatever.

I wonder: does the release of a UCS Jango's Slave 1 decrease the value of 75060? Or raise it? Boba's ship stays exclusive, but then again you get basically the same guts and frame with a new paint job with Jango's.

For the new Star Wars - The Deckbuilding Game - Clone Wars Edition Fantasy Flight Games uses „Fett‘s Firespray“ as the name for the ship. So maybe that’s the name Companys shall use now?

Um, why? It‘s just the plaque  The model itself should be the main selling point, no? It could say „Jango Fett‘s bitchin‘ ride“ on there and it would still be the same model

All I need from the set is a seismic bomb dropping feature. Best weapon in the SW franchise bar none, except for lightsabers of course!

@Childish_Landino confirms the May set list and says he‘s also heard rumours about Kylo Ren‘s shuttle getting the midi-scale treatment  That could look really cool!

A certain amount of the value of 75060 is due to its exclusive elements - the release of Jango's version is not going to change the exclusivity of parts/minifigures. Depending on how similar the models turn out to be, people may be more inclined to want to collect both and I could see the value of Boba's trend upwards.

He’s confirmed Plo Koon’s JSF is indeed coming, awesome! So it looks like there’ll be a wave between April and June with a few system sets at least.

Because it's ridiculous they've stopped using the name "slave 1", and if I'm spending $240 on it I want the product to be accurate including the plaque. Also I already own the 2015 UCS slave 1 so I'm on the fence about purchasing the new one anyway.

I agree that it's ridiculous that the name has been banned however I'd just ignore the Plaque, The Ship is the main focus

The tell is that the listed figs are Wolf-pack. Not 41st.

Also the inclusion of a special Wolfpack trooper. Whatever that means.

Supposed set number is 75414, I mean Wolf-pack is still possible, any clone legion can be with a Turbo Tank, Clone Wars based, doesn't have to be based on ROTS

But it's most likely just an attention starved guy

Yeah that's fair and I understand I'm in the minority here, but I do care about the plaque a bit and it'd likely bring the set down a point for me personally.

That CTT rumour is definitely fake

While the rumoured sets do sound more interesting than what‘ve heard so far, I‘m still waiting for something really exciting  The sets are still all either remakes or variants, and no new character has been confirmed yet. The U-Wing might include Dedra, but she could easily be realised with existing pieces, so nothing too exciting apart from a new faceprint perhaps. A new hair-hat piece is pretty unlikely I think.

I know lego isn't super accurate with rank tiles all the time, but I don't think they're gonna turn around and use Thrawn's torso for Dedra.

Lifebricks 3 sets remain yet to be revealed. 
 

One of them he says has potential to be one of the best sublines for LSW

 

one of “was obviously going to happen” but will split the fan base due to one of the figures 

 

the other choice is a “wild choice” at least for the era figure is based on and should bring for a great figure.

I thought about this too, and I’m leaning toward the 2015 Slave 1 seeing a substantial bump in price. I don’t think many will be so willing to swap the parts to Boba’s paint job when there’s already been a dedicated UCS set. Plus, from my purely anecdotal and uninformed view, it feels like dark red curved slopes are much harder to come by as opposed to similar ones in dark blue; similarly, sand green tiles are harder to find than yellow or LBG tiles.

I could also see many collectors wanting both models to compare the difference across 10 years.

Then there’s the likelihood that “Slave 1” will be censored, as has been previously mentioned. Either way of the debate in which you lie, a censorship would make that 2015 Slave 1 plaque much more expensive.

In summation, I really wish I bought that 2015 beauty sooner.

 

Speaking of beauties, I’m glad that Plo’s starfighter is real and on schedule (on program) for next June! Can’t wait to see the figures included, although I’m just glad that Plo Koon is making a comeback. (I still want Kit Fisto in the ARC-170 even though I know that isn’t happening.)
