Peppermint_M Posted May 7 Author Posted May 7 The arctic train has a new Johnny Thunder figure. I really hope the parts get added to PaB online Quote
bdw Posted May 8 Posted May 8 Which other original Adventures characters do you think Lego could bring back? We've had 3 I think- Johnny, Pippin and "The Curator" Quote
Peppermint_M Posted May 9 Author Posted May 9 I would enjoy a Harry Cane figure. However I have also been happy to create my own updated figures. I have also used other parts to make different eras/generations of characters. Quote

It's a travesty we have the Von Barron Manor, but no Baron figure to go with it! Quote
lifeinplastic Posted May 11 Posted May 11 I would love to see more of the old Adventurers characters reintroduced and not just Johnny Thunder in Lego City sets or ‘nods’ to characters in sets like the museum and orient express. I think the best chance of getting this would be through a CMF series. However, there is a decent Egypt set gaining votes on Lego ideas currently (not mine), which contains all the old characters from the original line. I really hope this is successful as it contains many of the original printed pieces too. Alternatively, it would be nice to have some characters that would fit well within the original series, even if they are not the original characters. I did like the jungle sub theme characters I would love to see more of these like Rudy Villano and Sñr Paloma. Quote
Lion King Posted May 23 Posted May 23 Another Johnny Thunder figure in City this year? I don’t know what Lego is up to but I would love to see an Icon set like El Dorado Fostress, Galaxy Explorer, Lion Knights’ Castle, etc. CMF would be perfect for Adventurers characters. Since Dreamzzz and Monkie Kid are rumored to meet their ends next year, i personally hope there will be a new in-house theme that focus on Adventurers or even its next generation. In my own head, I would image there is a new figure, Judy Thunder, Johnny’s granddaughter, set off on a new adventuer and discover a hidden city filled with crystal-adorned dinosaurs and primitive, yet advanced, citizens. No need to include Chinese or Indian figures as “villians” so it wont’ offend the said nationals. Oh. Also, I remember i saw a MOC Modular Building somehwere here. It’s a half-baseplate modular buidling that houses a headquarter for Adventurers. I love that it has some items nods to various subthemes (Egypt, Amazon, Mount Everest). Quote

I was I who made that Adventurers HQ modular, @Lion King. If anyone wants to, they can see it here. Quote
The Reader Posted July 1 Posted July 1 This torso might be useful: The spine of a dinosaur fossil: More fossils: Quote
The Reader Posted August 11 Posted August 11 (edited) The mummy costume guy from the Halloween BAM minifigures might be useful for desert MOCs. I will give him tan hands and a tan head though. Edited August 11 by The Reader Quote
The Reader Posted August 11 Posted August 11 There is rumored to be a crocodile costume in CMF S28. Perhaps it might be useful for an Egyptian priest? Quote
Peppermint_M Posted August 21 Author Posted August 21 The new Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory set has a few figure parts that would be useful. Suit torso prints at least. The top hat with hair might be handy too. Quote
lifeinplastic Posted September 1 Posted September 1 I like the printed 1x1 round tile in the Black Pearl. Hopefully it won’t be deemed as licensed and will be available on PAB. Quote

The Reader Posted September 7 Posted September 7 It looks like a small 1x1 round version of Achu's sun disk. Quote
