JintaiZ Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 Wow... a technic polybag. Never expected to see something like that but it's so cool! Quote
paul_delahaye Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 Definately the first good picture I've seen of the Technic Polybag and I'm pleased to see this, but I'm not 100% sure it can be claimed as the first ever Technic Polybag, I think there were a couple 20 years ago. Quote
1gor Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 Very nice little parts pack IMHO. Thanks @msk6003 Quote
SNIPE Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 I'm confused :S This isnt a MOC or previous technic set, nor is it a technic 2021 set :S :S regards, Snipe Quote

SNIPE Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 :O but the part number is weird its not like 42xxx Quote
Ngoc Nguyen Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 Just now, SNIPE said: :O but the part number is weird its not like 42xxx Yeah TLG does weird stuff every once in a while. Quote
Gray Gear Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 Very cute little set Any idea about the pricepoint? @msk6003 your gear count has to be wrong, because there Is a 12T double bevel gear visible at the belly of the helicopter. In addition to that one you need 4 more gears to complete the driveline for the small rotor. There are 5 gears in total. Quote
LvdH Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 35 minutes ago, Gray Gear said: Very cute little set Any idea about the pricepoint? Polybags are usually €3.99, but sometimes given for free when ordering at LEGO.com with purchase of a certain set. But it could also come with a magazine or something, they've done that before for other themes. Quote
XenoRad Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 I suppose the color difference between that green panel and the three beams puts to rest any doubt as to whether the Sian color problems have been fixed, doesn't it? Quote

Vectormatic Posted December 8, 2020 Posted December 8, 2020 I like that a lot! and im happy to see technic polybags, polybags are always a lot of bang/buck in my eyes, considering you get a well thought out fun little build for peanuts. Ill see if i can build this from my spares when the instructions show up, im just not sure if i have the small rear rotor. Quote

Build technic offical model without instruction is true pain and online instruction for polybag feel useless. Quote
howitzer Posted December 8, 2020 Posted December 8, 2020 I guess you could fit the instructions on the backside of the bag itself? Quote

Nobody got it right I hope this polybag is distributed everywhere as sometimes I only see one type of polybag in stores. Quote
JunkstyleGio Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 (edited) Found this one somewhere on FB. Tried to rebuild it from that one picture... Well that was fun! Too bad I only have bigger rotorblades. Edited December 11, 2020 by JunkstyleGio Quote

In the back there should be a 3L perpendicular connector. There seems to be a blue pin in the middle hole of that part also, though it's not visible what's connected there on the pictures I've seen. And the 4L half beam is the one with a thick end. Quote
JunkstyleGio Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 As I did not seet the picture and parts before I build it. With only a picture of the polybag itself (without sticker on the bag) i came pretty close. The perpendicular connector was a big mis. The 4l halm beam too, but I don't care because it's not needed.. (a regular 4l half beam makes a strong enough connection) the blue pin can only atached like the render below. or is it a 3l pin? Quote

9v system Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 very interesting, this will make a great parts pack Quote
