Ragnar Posted March 22, 2015 (edited) Although I can't participate in the "Space Pirates" contest by using LEGO's Digital Designer (and changing colours etc.), I still felt inspired by the contest's theme. So I played around with some Ideas and created the first two members of my crew. You can find more pictures in my LEGO-Folder on my homepage! ___ Posted March 22, 2015 It is very nice picture, tho too much CGI for my taste + I also appreciate you actually used so many 73590c01a hoses which are one of my most beloved LEGO parts
OLDNUT Posted March 22, 2015 (edited) Very impressive build. For LDD builders the contest sometimes holds our creativity back you just posted anyway good job. The part bublible liked and noted is # 64230 in LDD I think. Check you PM for a question I have. Just noted you are to new for PM's I think it is 10 posts opens that door Edited March 22, 2015 by OLDNUT
Ragnar Posted March 23, 2015 Thanks a lot! Since it's my first post on eurobricks it means a lot to me to almost immediately get replies :-) @ bublible You can find some pictures without background/effects on my DeviantArt-page: http://steam-heart.deviantart.com/gallery/33286052/LEGO @ oldnut Since I dont have enough time/parts/space to realize my designs with real bricks, I often use LDD to experiment with some ideas (because you can just save it and close the program without having to put all the stuff away). If it's the "Personal Messenger" you're talking about, then it tells me: "Sorry, you don't have permission for that!" if I select that option in my profile-menu... :-(
