pianodude2494 Posted January 11, 2007 Wow! My mom is going by Target today, I'll have to tell her to pick up some sets for me! Thanks for the info, nate! BTW, Target isn't the only place besides Official LEGO Shops that sell LEGOs. Ever heard of a handy little place called, Toys "R" Us? *sweet*

ghoulrealm Posted January 11, 2007 My closest target had no last season's lego. They did have many of this seasons products, but no sales as they usually have very little lego stock to begin with. :-(

natelite Posted January 12, 2007 sorry to hear that. i got the nitro for 50% off. didn't find any construction crane. those sets were like 3 month old, special edition and going to clearance. not sure what those store managers were thinking... :-P oh well, their loss is my gain. :-) *sweet*

Christian Posted January 14, 2007 There are almost no slaes on Lego in Denmark, so if any of you find a Arkham Asylum 7785 on sale somewhere, in the US or other countries, then I would be more than happy to buy one. I will ofcourse pay for shipping and possibly a small bonus for the person who finds one for me!
dunamis Posted January 14, 2007 I've hit a number of Target stores in Southern California and South East Texas (I'm on a business trip). I have found a LOT of the Nitro trucks on sale for at least 50% off as well as a few Bionicle and Exo Force sets (mostly around 30% off). I did manage to pick up a 8877 Castle for $35 which I was very happy about. We're almost into the 3rd week in January so the clearance items are starting to thin out... madoka Posted January 16, 2007 I found 63 8877 Vladek's Dark Fortresses for $25 each. Yes, 63 of them. I was in a freaking small rental car. It was literally stuffed with Lego. I deboxed everything and Target was pretty good about helping me. They let 4 employees help me get everything in the car. Didn't even bother opening the doors. I was forced to open the windows and just drop Lego in everywhere. In the end, we were all pretty suprised a Pontiac G6 could hold 63 of the sets. This is the largest Target clearance haul I've had in years. And I didn't even take everyting, as I could not fit any more in the car.

I wouldn't let no room in my car stop me from getting all the LEGO I want :-D But whoa 63 8877's, what are you going to do with all of them :-/

I wouldn't let no room in my car stop me from getting all the LEGO I want :-D But whoa 63 8877's, what are you going to do with all of them :-/ Normally I would have taken it all, but given the rental car, the fact that I was in another state, and lack of time, I could not. Right now they are all sitting in my friend's garage and I won't even have a chance to get to them for several weeks.
SuvieD Posted January 17, 2007 Nearly every Target I went to was almost completely cleaned out. I did get some Zamor Sphere packs for $.49 a piece. I am not sure what to do with them but they are very cool looking. If you are lucky enough to find 75% LEGO more power to you.
Darth_Kaidis Posted January 22, 2007 A pity...my local Target never stocks any LEGO worth buying (they've got tons of Belleville, though, for 75% off, if anyone's interested...) So...i'd be willing to buy a few items off you lucky guys who can actually get discounts...
