Which local store was this at and in what country? :-/
-
I guess that is going to depend more on how good the line is going to sell in the months and hopefully years to come.

Did anyone notice that it says on the troll faction: Home to the treasure-hungry trolls...and worse! May that imply that there's some other thing in those lands?

I haven't read all the comics really, but I thought Catwoman was never sent to Arkham Asylum. Am I wrong? :-/ Anyway, this trailer looks really cool and can't wait to play the game!

Best Movie(s)- LOTR trilogy (mainly the third one), Batman Begins, Batman Returns, Mask of the Phantasm, and Transformers. Worst Movie(s)- Spiderman 3, Ghost Rider, The Wicker Man. I cannot describe how much I hated Spiderman 3. It made me physically sick watching it, especially after watching the last one. Ghost Rider and The Wicker Man were just because Nicolas Cage is a horrible actor, or at least he was in those movies.

Wow I'm so amazed by all the steps LEGO has made forward with minifigs. New helmets, shoulder pauldrons, skirts, guns, Assajj's dress, new Jedi molds, Baby Hutt, MagnaGuards, everything! Btw I'm not bothered by the new clone helmets, I think they are a better improvement so now they can have visors. I think everything is great about these sets :'-)

I don't know about the rest of you, but this pic looks a bit fake. Just look at the sculpt of those figs, even preliminary figures don't have that bad of a sculpt. Asoka doesn't even look like a Togruta with that sculpt. The Clone Trooper's helmet don't look real, and there's no reason TLC would make another sculpt. Even on that resolution it doesn't look real to me. :-/

Whats the BEST deal you ever found?
Two-Faced Batman Fan replied to Iced's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Just a couple of days ago at Target I found one of the new Exo-Force (the Purple Panther) with one of the As Is stickers with the price of $3.74! Thought it was a mistake, but it checked out at that price. Everything was brand new and sealed, except it didn't have that plastic paper where they have those holes on the front of the box. *wacko* Pretty good deal. :-) -
To tell you the truth, I don't think that person actually found that Impulse, I think he just built it himself. He didn't take pics of the box or instructions.

Now that I think about it, I didn't get in the latest mag. either *wacko*

Has Indiana Jones made ancient history of Johnny Thunder?
Two-Faced Batman Fan replied to Col. Whipstick's topic in LEGO Licensed
This has been a very interesting thread to read through and I must say, I don't know which side to choose. You could say that JT had the elements that LEGO has been recently looking at. Conflict between characters, story lines, lots of playability, and heck even juniorization. Thinking about it I'd say that it has just as much playability as the new IJ sets. But unfortunately the truth is that what really made ancient history of JT is JT itself. The last wave of JT sold very poorly from what I saw. I saw all the sets at at least 50% off at Target and heck I remember seeing some at KB Toys not over a year and a half ago, which is never a good thing for LEGO. I don't think it was LEGO's fault at all. The sets were really cool, they were well-designed, and had lots of playability, but the main problem is that kids aren't creative or are just not interested in that anymore. Or maybe it was the time period when they were released that caused the JT to do so badly. Well I certainly don't think that IJ caused the downfall of JT, it was more that LEGO wanted a line similar to JT, but since that didn't do too good last time they decided to go for Indy. I'm just glad that we've seen an adventures line come back into the fold, and since we won't be seeing JT return for a while I just hope the best for Indy. -

I was there just two days ago and it truly is awesome. They also have an amazing life-size clone trooper. -
