DraikNova Posted April 6, 2016 Is there any LEGO digital designing program available that allows for reasonably simple addition of custom decals to all parts? I'm trying to decorate parts like 11477.
Superkalle Posted April 6, 2016 If you need the decals/stickers to be visible during building/editing, then the Ldraw platform can do that, but I'm not sure exactly how it's done. Let's see if a Ldraw expert can answer. If it's only for rendered images you need the decals, then you can model in LDD and then use LDD2PovRay to apply decals and render, but a limitation is that you can only place the custom decal in a place on the brick already defined by LDD. There's a lot more on this subject in the LDD2PovRay topic here in the forum.
