  1. I'd like to share my latest modular building. This one was inspired by Lego Brand Retail Store. On the ground floor, there's a Lego store. I included the dragon which I've seen in some stores. The walls would be too bare without decorations, and the dragon also fills the space a bit. And there are some happy customers leaving the store with full bags. At the back of the store is a PaB wall. The store is small, so two employees can manage all the work. I include displays as seen in the stores. The round displays only have a coloured background, while in the ''windows'' there a micro scale versions of some sets. The displays from left to right include the Death star, Creator Family house and the Blue Roadster, Olivia's house and the Tower of Orthanc. The apartment above the store is an open-floor type. The living room and the kitchen are separated only by different floor designs. The only closed room on this floor is the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with mirror cabinet. On the second floor, there's a bedroom with a working area and a small terrace. I think all my MOCed modulars include bookshelves, and this one is no exception. The shelves in the middle of the floor are dividing the room in two parts, one is for work, and the other one is for resting. A street view with 16-wide apartment buildings. More photos can be found on my Flickr.
  2. Hi to everybody, Time for an update of my city with the newly arrived Parisian restaurant! Let’s start with an overview, as you can see I pumped up almost all my modulars with an additional floor: Here you have my museum of roman history: The highlight of the museum: a well-preserved skeleton of a legionnaire found somewhere near the city PR with my Ollivanders shop: My antiquities and "esoteric" articles store with little updates: An old modular renovated, a toy shop selling Lego with above apartment: Town house with terrace: Few updates also to my pharmacy and boutique: My enlarged train station: And of course far from the center, the haunted hause with nearby abandoned cemetery! Hope you liked it! More pictures in my brickshelf as soon as moderated Bye Cunctator

  7. The Laundry Mat is the second business on the same plot as the The Red Brick Pizza Oven. After the move we decided to remove Bill's Bike Repair Shop and insert in a new business that wasn't previously represented in the city - and Sydney thought we needed a laundromat. So here it is, hope you enjoy it... As usual there are more pics here and here.
  8. The Red Brick Pizza Oven was the first modular MOC that we built for our city. It was originally an amalgamation of three City Corner (7641) sets. Following the City Corner template there was a pizzeria and a bike repair shop on the same plot. At the time parts were scarce so the interiors were a bit sparse - even lacking tiled floors. So, after the move we had a great opportunity to give the old girl a bit of a face lift. The new building has a laundromat (to be posted shortly) instead of the bike repair shop and some minor upgrades to the internal facilities. Hope you enjoy. The old exterior... A quick look at the old interiors... And now on to the new shots! As always there are tons more pictures here and here.
