  1. Hello Eurobrickers, In the summer of 2026, TLG treated us to not one, but two green models in a row - the set 42240 Aston Martin Aramco AMR25 and 42241 Green Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport Hypercar. What happens if we take the parts from green 42241 Bugatti and build a small Aston Martin AMR26 for the current season? Let's find it out. The AMR26 is made as an alternate build for available set 42241. All necessary parts to build are provided with set 42241 only. Goal of the design was to fit with FIA 2026 regulations as best as possible with the given inventory. Specs: 566 parts used steering with working steering wheel V6-engine with running pistons (Honda RA626H Power Unit with Hybrid-System) many details like Halo, Mirrors, Exhaust and aerodynamic parts measures 33cm x 13cm x 8cm PDF building instructions to build by yourself Some more Impressions: Details: Steering works directly with steering wheel inside the Cockpit. You're not only the Builder of this model - you're the Pilot as well :) For the first time in 2026, Aston Martin's F1 Bolide is powered by Honda V6-Unit with Hybrid-System. You can see the pistons of engine replica running while driving the car around. "When the regulations were first revealed, I tried to think about their principles and possible solutions. I came up with a philosophy and when I started with the team I discussed that philosophy with the aerodynamicists and the designers. We all agreed it seemed a viable proposal, and that's what we've followed ever since. " - Aston Martin Managing Technical Partner & Team Principal But wait, there is more. The 42241 Green Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport Hypercar (what a name ) is a recoloured version from set 42222. So we can build the F1 Bolide in reddish-brown with parts provided only from set 42222.... The 42222 recoloured version is close to McLaren MCL40 from 2026 season. The color looks a bit too dark for Papaya Orange, but it fits with the black parts and 2026 regulations. Green or Orange? Orange or Green... What's your favourite? If you want to build your own F1 car and if you have either set 42222 or 42241 at home, you can find instructions for both models on my rebrickable page. green orange best regards Tim
