Eurobricks Clone Wars Building Contest
SirNadroj replied to Clonecommando007's topic in Watto's Junkyard
I've been in contact with him, so the prize should arrive soon. -
Vig. 16d "After crashing against a shark infested reef, our lone Imperial Governor is stranded on a small, unstable spit of land. And I think the heat is getting to him..." (This is an entry for Forbidden Cove's Castaway Contest. Hopefully it's fine it post this in enemy waters. (I'm neutral ) Thank ye.

Thanks for the feedback. What's the problem with him? Just a tip; whenever you say something negative about a MOC, creation, what have you, you need to support you comments or provide suggestions for improvments. See, I think it looks just like him, and you don't, so naturally I can't comprehend your perspective.

Thank you for offering these, o' mighty generous CopMike! Count me in.

Here are some very simple pictures illustrating characters or scenes from The Dark Kinght and Batman Begins. Not much, but I thought you guys might apprecaite them. (Possible Spoilers) Final Scene of The Dark Knight Joker's Victim: Fear Toxin Batman (From Crane's Perspective [batman Begins]) Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback. A little research goes a long way: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=bb145c05 I never, ever ever use megabloks. Ever.

A mostly finished WIP for an upcoming larger MOC; so your suggestions are appreciated. And a bonus for looking: Woody the Pirate: Conquistador: Thanks.

Those are cute; and your photography is really nice.

Pepper's Ghost: an old optical illusion (the same one used by Dinsey in the Haunted Mansion attractions: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pepper%27s_ghost ) Set in a victorian "Game Room" (Game meaning taxidermy and pool), this MOC uses said illusion to manifest some minifig ghosts! (Any doubled ghost is a direct result of the glass' thickness; something I cannot control.) But I'm still happy with the end result. All the pics here: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/71914 Thanks.

From the upcoming film. (Not the comic version!) Trench and cloth tie by the very talented MMCB! Thanks.
-
Here's a 100% purist minifig/ only official parts used. Reference: http://www.hottoys.com.hk/product.php?cat=64&pid=348 Thanks.

Thanks for the kind words. I hope you don't, too.

I am SO snatching a couple of these on BL when they come out overseas! Sure, a little more expensive this way, but not a huge problem.
-
Just a quick little Racer Mecha for Legohaulic's theme: http://www.flickr.com/groups/824831@N25/ (Der Geist = The Ghost [in German]) Thanks.

You know, I just saw this on BS, and I come here to see it frontpaged! Congrats on what could easily be your single best MOC (at least I think so!)

Hello! Here's my latest MOC. It has taken me longer than any other MOC to finish... not sure why. It is pretty big and detailed, though. It's simply titled "Nepal", as it depicts the sterotypical architectural stylings of the country. Every nook and cranny has been used, from the underground storage to the Yeti Cave! Many more pictures here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/sirnadroj/set...57607025754888/ Thanks.

That's the first thing that popped in my head. Considering they're taking old themes and bringing them into 2009, I'd expect these to be very similar to the original Rock Raiders. I'd also suspect that the monsters will be very much like the new castle trolls vs. the old rock monster (with a whole ONE point of articulation! ) But that's just my speculation.

Thanks for the news! Sounds rather interesting! (Also sounds like my Journey to the Center of the Earth series! )

Thanks for the feedback, folks. Thanks badger! You wouldn't believe how many people think it's a brickarms product! (Well, I guess that's a compliment, if people are mistaking brickarms for actual, official LEGO products! )

Horray! Thanks everyone, and thanks to my fellow opponents! I'd like to see another contest like this, however, I think the categories shouldn't be so vague; I liked having the options, but it hard to stack a Fabuland MOC next to a City MOC next to a WWII MOC all in the same category. You know what I mean. And I think Cap'n SlyOwl deserves a BIG thank you for hosting the contest!

I'm proud to present to you the newest Agents villian: Nom-Arms! Once the prisoner agent is detained in his special chair, the agent is forced to gorge himself with delicious bratwurst, until he can no longer comprehend reality. It's brilliantly evil! There you have it!

Every time an astronaut is born, an angel bot gets it's wings. (The background picture was taken by me!) Feedback welcomed!
