  1. Apologies for the double-post. I didn't want to open a whole new thread for one little figure, ye see. I'm in need of this exact figure (no hat)... (Pic Courtesy of Bricklink) ...for the same project that I needed these Belville figures for. Thanks.
  2. It's interesting, I think. People don't stop to appreciate the humor, irony and artistic characteristics found in the concept. Thanks!
  3. Thanks! Yes, yes I have. It's kinda lame. Thank you! Considering every other Belville figure is a female in a bathing suit, I can see what I can do next time I order some figs.
  4. Jibbly? That's the second time someone's used that adj. and I don't have a clear defenition of it (just a vague one!) Jockey? Equestrian?
  5. Thanks very much for your feedback guys! I guess you could look at it as the white being shorts or something... skunks are predominantly black with one or two white stripes down from their nose to their tails. So the white isn't an accurate representation of their white markings. (Though some skunks have very little black on them; heck, some are brown! But let's just say this is an average, generic skunk. )
  6. Add one for stash2sixx! A super nice guy, so great and generous! Highly reccomended!
  7. Offering the finest cheese around, Skunk's Fine Cheese Co. is proud to serve you! Mmm mmm gouda! Thanks.
  8. Well, it's pretty much finished. Just a few last minute details, plus I'm waiting on my 09' sets to arrive, to stick a couple of those minifigs and new elements in. Here's a teaser while ye wait: No worries.
  9. Ok, Mr. Phes; the name will be: The Pillaging of Neptune's Noggin Lagoon A little patience goes a long way. I use technic half-pins.
  10. Thanks again guys! Hm, never seen that. To Youtube!
  11. Thank you! I totally agree. I've got that head sitting in a barrel looking at me... I don't know what to do with it!
  12. I think the prices go (in USD): $3.49 (impulses) $5.99 (cannon) $9.99 (kraken) $19.99 (island) $39.99 (shipwreck) $49.99 (port) $99.99 (ship) I think those are the prices; or close to that. And when ordering, minus the Ship, it was $15.99 to post it.
  13. This figure is kinda rare, that's why I bought it! It comes in one set, I think. Here's the BL link: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?M=belvMale17 Thanks again for the feedback!
  14. Unfortunately, however, the ship is $99.99 USD - I thought it'd be $80 tops! The gentleman at the store said they're due to be released two weeks before christmas (much like Indiana Jones was) so I'll have to wait and get it then; perhaps some TRU coupons will surface.
  15. A heads up; I've ordered almost the whole line over the phone, and they're shipping it to me many, many states away, so for those in the U.S., you can order them from FL over the phone and have it shipped!
  16. Yes, that usually helps. That rocket set is pretty good though; very retro. (Though I'll admit; I bought it for the Sandy minifig/helmet!) Can you can never get them off BL. Everyone snags them immediately after they're put up for sale!
  17. Ok, someone's gotta have an answer to my question: I have this figure: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?M=fab2c I need to get the hat off to have this figure: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?M=fab2d Bricklink says that the second figure here is the same as the first one there, so if possible, how do I remove the hat? I'm skeptical if it even comes off, after struggling with it, but perhaps someone knows if it's even supposed to come off in the first place, and if so, how to do it. Thanks fellow FBG members (or anyone else who knows)!
  18. Um.... thanks? Your self-esteem boosting comments make Beach Pig pleased. I've bought some other parts for more of these, so stay tuned.
  19. I mentioned in a previous post in this thread I decided against it.
  20. Thanks again for the feedback! Nobody seems to know what to make of this!
  21. Ummm.. no, not yet. Sorry. I'll let you know what it is as soon as I think of one, but "untitled" is fine for the time being. Thanks!
  22. Thanks! There's gotta be more of you guys with Belville figures! Don't be embarassed; speak up!
  23. Thanks again! Quoted from the first post: "Also a good time to show my beach ball technique, using Sandy's helmet and elastics." Thanks ~ though these Beville/Fabuland hybrids are supposed to be completely different and in a league of their own from the anthropomorphics.
  24. Thank you! Though I'm not sure what you mean by attractive! I'm currently browsing BL for other possible combos, and I'll tell you, it's hard to find a good match (belville and fabuland!)
  25. When I'm looking around on Bricklink, and I see odd, rare or unusual parts at good prices, I generally pick them up, because you never know what you can use them for. I found this creepy and scarce belville figure, so I picked it up, along with a fabuland pig. Since flesh coloured parts are limited, it seemed like a no-brainer to stick these two together. Yes, scary, perhaps scarier than fabuland by itself, but what the hell, right? Plus, I haven't seen a fabuland/belville integration, so trying new things is good too. Also a good time to show my beach ball technique, using Sandy's helmet and elastics. By the way, for those video-game fanatics out there, you may notice that this is inspired by Banjo-Tooie, in Jolly Roger's Lagoon (there are some mutant pigs roaming around, if ye recalls). Yeah, certainly scarier than fabuland by itself. :skull: I hope to make a few more of these, so if you haven't already, check my "wanted" thread in the BSTF forum: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=22682 ~SirNadroj
