My local Kmart is now carrying Series 9 minifigures right now, but its out of stock for a moment. Maybe they will have it tomorrow, but I'll go there on Saturday.

What about Headsman and Executioner? That would LEGO cannot make this as a minifigure because it will be violent to younger children, but its a historical.

Anyways there's some minifigures that LEGO cannot make due to non-violence policy. Here's my opinion: - Modern Military or Post-WWII soldiers - Modern Gang members (such as Bloods street gang, Chinese Triads, Yakuza, or anything) - School Bullies (Most minifig that LEGO cannot make to prevent children from bullying in school) - Religious Icons (It against in their beliefs) - Characters from any licensed anime series - Any Grossy and Ugly stuff

Anyways what is your best thing for you to get CMF Series 9? Mine is to wait until either after Christmas or Jan 2013 rather than ordering it from ebay. Because some ebay sellers will give me a wrong item.

I know the launch date of Series 9 is on next year, but I don't know if some stores like Toys R US and Kmart will sell Series 9 on either after Christmas or Before Jan 2013. UPDATE: Is only for USA stores.

There's no problem in my local store, even if I feel all the packets one by one before I pay there's nothing wrong with it. In all stores in USA can feel any CMF packets to get what you want by your own instead of telling an employee for help. Feeling all the packets its a free policy to all stores including LEGO Brand Store, Toys R US, Kmart, Target and Walmart. In Japan, all CMF is stored in the kind of small vending machine thing rather than on shelves in the aisle so people cannot get what you want. Because LEGO merged with Takara Tomy in Japan.

I heard something from this quote: Now why WH Smiths has a policy of not letting feel the CMF packets in their store? I hope they will not have this kind of policy in other stores.

Tonight I called the LEGO group and file a complain about those polybags from other brands especially MEGA Brands, Kre-O, and K'Nex are putting it on the LEGO aisle.

Which rogue packets are you talking about? If you're looking for Series 9 just go to TRU and Kmart. Because sometimes they releasing 2013 products this month.

Last week I ordered a Series 1 Tribal Hunter from minifiguresplus ebay website, but when I received my package they gave me a wrong item which is a Series 3 Tribal Chief. Then I returned it back to them. So what shall I do now? Now I don't want to order any previous minifigures from that ebay site again anymore.

It depends what I bought from the store, but I don't want my sisters to find out that I bought CMF for myself. I know one of my sisters wants me to buy a LEGO Friends Heartlake City Pool, but it's expensive to me and I can't afford to buy it with my money.

Called my local Kmart today, he said we have Series 9 already. Now I will go to Kmart this Saturday. I hope they don't find out that I'm buying CMF by myself.

Is Barnes & Noble sells Series 9 minifigures right now?

I went to my local TRU today and I saw some new 2013 sets (Legend of Chima, Ninjago, Star Wars, and Super Heroes), but I never see any Series 9 boxes. I hope maybe Dec 20, 2012 will be available just like when I first bought 4 Series 8.

I mean I distribute one business card from minifiguresplus to any toy stores(except LEGO store) to let the manager reorder CMF Series 1-6, but I'm not starting a business. So I can buy some previous CMF Series instead of ordering it online. It is not a good thing?

Anyways it is also against the policy to distribute business cards from the 3rd party lego website store (such as Minifiguresplus or etc) to the local store without no permission? I mean giving the business cards to the store owner and telling them to call this number or email it to re-order the previous CMF series if LEGO doesn't rerelease it.
