  1. One more thing than we had before?
  2. Yes, that was kinda strange. She could have simply shot him in the back while he passed her, but no. And of course every Senator on a diplomatic mission to avoid a war takes a weapon with them. Have you never wondered why there seems to be no planet or even society in the entire Republic that isn't ruled by a king, boss, prince, Hutt crime lord or other monarch? To be fair, they had an overwhelming army and where throwing bombs at him which he couldn't repel. And in RotS, one single Jedi was enough to take him down. If they had used their spears to cage him and then threw their bombs at him, they would have had pretty good odds even if Grievous bothered to fight back. But of course Grievous just stood around, so they had no problem. Yet, the better tactic would have been to sacrifice another Gungan, not a General. And I'm glad it wasn't a Jar Jar vs. Grievous match. Jar Jar merely stole Tarpal's kill. Yet I'd like to know how the Gungans managed to deactivate the Droids. If I was in command of a large Droid army, I certainly would protect the uber-button to shut down all the Droids immediately a bit better. And another one mount that's faster than a motorized vehicle. Why do they even produce them anymore? But the episode was a bit better than expected. But that wasn't hard considering my expectations, though.
  3. Oh, this is very interesting. One more thing that points towards Deputy Chief Scott. Though I don't believe there is anything else to gain right now. I think we should go back to the police station and finish our investigation there.
  4. Reminds me, I haven't italized accentuated my action yet: I'd like to show everyone where the trash can was.
  5. I believe she didn't want to spoil us the surprise and tell us now. Although she might be waiting for a chance to flee as well. No idea. Since the No-Trash-At-Night Act?
  6. "I suppose fighting ourselves would just weaken our group, Jess, so considering our future plans we should propably not do so. I think we should look around in the arena first", Henry suggests, slightly afraid of his possible opponent. OOC: Do I have to bold this again? If so, I'd like to get a description of the Arena.
  7. I believe the problem with letting the separatists win is that you won't get a proper arc. I mean, what kind of developement is that: The Separatist land with a massive land army; the Seps completely overwhelm the outnumbered Republic troops; the Separatists win. The matter is, that would be lacking of suspense. The only way you could possibly do that, was, by throwing the heroes still a small bone like escaping with their bare life, while the planet falls. But now the problem is, the Seps are more and more vilified, which is a pity regarding the resonable arguments Dooku had against Obi-Wan in Episode II. Right now they're shown to enslave the population of every planet they hold, but you can't let them get away with slavery. The only way you could show the seps taking over more planets, was like in the old CW series, in a few minutes different scenes from clones and people surrendering during the intro to the show. But beyond that, you'll have to assume that they still manage to conquer planets, but only the Republican victories are shown because only heroic victories are worth watching, which is why the winner has to be in an inferior position. That's why bounty hunters always do such a good match and overly large droid armies will always fail on the show. Maybe the CIS should try a new tactic: Attack any major planet with nothing but a few primitive aliens. And in the comic Jar Jar also attacked the Naboo. Maybe they're trying to put the Gungans into a better light by showing them as carnivores (or hominivores?) who just tarn themselves giving their victims a false sence of security. Maybe that's the real reason why they banned Jar Jar?
  8. Of course I would. It was Deputy Chief Scott, and I'd like to show everyone where the trashcan was.
  9. "So according to Hans, there is no other chance of escape but fighting the guards lateron. Anyway, right now I'd like to fight as well. Let's hope for the best."
  10. How am I beating someone up without harming him? But seriously, I'm trying as hard as I can to think about what to investigate. However, I'm not good at solving riddles (I'm still :wall:ing about that match thing) and there's just a certain amount of investigation that can be done. So mostly, what I do is bringing up theories about what happened to the chief. And concerning the actions, I'm trying to figure out how to use them. I'll have to think about them more. Am I getting you right they're meant just for fun? Sorry if I get you wrong, no offence.
  11. I totally agree. BTW, Doc, what exactly does the name "Pongcanis" derive from? Just wondering?
  12. "We haven't talked to the other two fighters yet, they might have some useful information and we could find out if there's a possibility of them joining us later. I'd talk to them, but my people skills are a bit...non-existent. Maybe Cronk should do so, as a knight he should be able to gain more than us, and in general you just can't dislike him."
  13. If you say so. Can we go on stoning him now? No, honestly, it's okay to like different things. I myself enjoyed the Mandalore episodes (excluding "voyage of doom") a lot, although they are completely different from the Karen Traviss ones, which I also appreciate very much, otherwise from many SW Fans, which don't like the way they're shown in TCW. I'm still glad they go on with the Death Watch, I'm positively curious how they bring them together with Ahsoka's boyfriend. But I didn't like the Mon Calamari episodes at all. There are several things which just don't make sence, such as the whole background story. I mean, there would have been several solutions to the Quarrens' problem without starting a war, like becoming independent and crowning their own king, or establishing a council of both Quarren and Mon Calamari which gives the unepxperienced king advise, or even abolishing monarchy and establishing a democracy (to be honest, I would have started a revolution just because the king uses the term "Mon Cala" ), but no, the whole planet has to be united by one king, so let's start a war about nothing. And of course, the aforesaid king can enter and leave the enemy's slave camps and prisons without anyone noticing. And of course, the Seps use giant monster droids against which blasters have no effect, but which are awfully weak against gungan attacks from above, etc. I wonder how they managed to include so many flaws without showing giant shrimp cannons and floating acclamators. (hint: I'm talking about the CW series) Anyway, I'm sure the next episode gets better. Wait, no, it's the show in which Jar jar beats Grievous, who is my favourite PT villain.
  14. Thanks for letting me play, def. It was a fun game while it lasted. Honestly, I found this whole med thing quite refreshing. I'm looking forward to the conclusion.
  15. Henry looks at the guards, feeling uneasy: "I don't think we'd have a good chance fighting them now, I think we should wait for the next break, like that guy with the hat said." I'd like to take my pellet now as well. I'd like to take my pellet now as well. OOC: Sorry, should have been bolded.
  16. Strange...maybe we can conclude soemthing from the colors of the pellets? Although I have no idea what we could conclude. I'd think someone should try to eat one right before the next battle begins. Maybe one of the weaker heroes. Just because the party's loss is smaller in case they do something bad to me, er, I mean, us, but I, er, whoever eats it, would be more capable of competing in case it has some helpful effect. Not that I'd suggest any particular hero to take it, just saying in general. And it looks like the only way out is overwhelming the guards. Does it cost extra time to find out what they're armed with?
  17. Excuse me, but I believe we haven't investigated the Squad Room properly, have we? At least I can't remember doing so. I'd like to have a description of the Squad Room, please.
  18. Nice to see Heng enjoys his last hours. This asylum seems to drive people mad.
  19. Sassy, what you say almost sounds like you wanted to save Heng a further day. I really think we have to lynch Heng today. And I just don't like voting for an NPC. That might cost us a whole day in the worst case, which means we lose two further townies. Therefore, I'll vote: Heng Lewly (Hinckley) Let's hope we're doing the right thing today.
  20. Wouldn't the coroner have noticed that? Anyway, I believe we're done in this room. I understand you are worried about the briefcase's content. Let's try and find the key first. I don't know what we could possibly find in the interrogation room, but I'd like to go there anyway.
  21. Nothing against explosive crossbow bolts, they are completely logical. I was wondering why you would use one for hunting. You got me about that holster, though.
  22. Good thought. Maybe we should really go back to his home and look there, but if it isn't there, we would have to assume it's stolen or lost. But we were looking at the fountain, and he didn't have the key with himself. Can we try to break the briefcase open? He's dead anyway, he won't mind if we destroy it.
  23. Yes, but who cares about the party? More loot for me. And why does Donny Dozenhands wear a holster if there are no guns invented yet? And who invents a hunting crossbow that shoot explosive bolts? Please don't get me wrong, I'm not really nit-picking. I just think that's sorta funny.
  24. While I never believed in a framing pill at all and even found the theory about it ridiculous, who says it was the opium that gives framing ability? It might be any other pill as well, you were just fine with opium because it was Sunny who took it and because the pill was out of the game. But in the highly unlikely case there is a framing pill, it could be anything else. It even could be a pill that only has the framing effect if it's taken by scum. It could be a fixed scum action as well. It could even be that the Rhino Horn you took on day one has the unmentioned side effect of framing whoever takes it, which is even less believeable than the framing pill theory. Or you simply could be scum. So just because the opium theory is disproven, doesn't mean there are no impropable possibilities anymore. I'll stick with voting for you, but I won't disregard what you say. I'll keep my eye on Kelly.
