1. Well, I tried contacting him directly, but he didn't reply to my messages. One of the buyers told me he got his money back.
2. Here is the link to the ad. I even know the name & email-adress is the seller. Why do you wanna know if I may ask ?
3. I like that second supercar very much. All the mechanisms look great and the car has cool looks.
4. Hmmm, this story sounds very familiar... I've recently experienced something very similar. Just as Crowkillers, I provide the instructions for my models for free, I want them to be available to everybody. But a couple of weeks ago, I got an email of someone who had just bought the instructions for my Little Devil sportscar from eBay. Contact & copyright info was in the instructions, so that's how he found me. He asked if I had given permission to somebody to sell my instructions, to which I answered: "No, they are supposed to be Free of charge". He also sent me the link the advert, in which there was no refference to the maker of the model & instructions (me). I reported the advert as illegal, contacted the seller and the other buyer of the instructions (2 were sold already). Then the seller returned the money to the 2 buyers and removed his ad, so everything turned out well. So I guess there's nothing we can do about the fact that some people taking advantage from other people's hard work. But it sucks bigtime !! However, it will not stop me from making new instructions and providing them for free. And I hope Crowkillers will do the same.
5. Cool Moc ! That is a very nice way to implement the multiple steering-systems which is present in these types of machines. And it's actually good to see a non-PF Technic MOC for a change (yes, I'm guilty of making PF-Moc's as well ;-) ).
6. The amount of detail on this one is truly impressive. Reminds me of the remarkable creations of Firas Abu-Jabar.
7. Truly amazing creation. Even if it didn't have any technical functions, it would have been cool, but now it's truly epic.
8. It's very cool to see all the technic bricks being built with normal bricks.
9. Yes, the seaplane is absolutely awesome, but I like the yellow and blue trucks bery much as well.
10. Good work, very nice model. One tip: you integrate your youtube-movie into a post, making it easier for Euribricks-users to see your video. Use this code: In your case it would look like this: It would look like this: ]
11. These planetary gears are fascinating. I'm sure they will be usefull in a Lego-model somehow.
12. I agree with instructions nowadays are much less challenging, which takes out the building fun a bit. Ocasionally it is required to commit a complete step to one part, but mostly this is not neccesary. I make instructions myself, and they usually have more parts per step, while still being very clear. Indeed studless building-instructions have more steps than those of studded Lego, but eg. the 8043 could certainly be built with less instruction-steps. And TLG should really provide the B-model as booklet in the box, I don't like building from a computer-screen, as it's not close to my Lego.
13. Very nice. Ik like simple and effective models, and this one qualifies as one
14. I'm plannig to go this year, but it'll be my first Lego-World. I've read that there'll be a technic-factory, the truck's of 2LegoOrNotToLego will be there.
15. Nice buggy with good performance. I gotta get that RC unit sometime too, it seems to perform quite well.
16. Very nice and organic model. Especially nice due to the parts-limit.
17. Good model and clear instructions, excellent work !! I know that it takes a lot of time to make good instructions, and even more time to make them looks so professional as you did ? Will you also providing the instructions as PDF-file, or only as youtube movie ?
18. At the latest Lowlug-meeting there was a blind-building contest where could only see the instructions and feel the parts. And out ACC (allround car competition) is also really big fun, really reccomendable. It requires enough builders to make RC-cars in advance. Besides racing you can make variations like reverse-driving, parking, drive over (small) obstacles and precision-movements.
19. Yeah, the video makes it even cooler. I love the head-movements
20. My Eurobrick-name-story is pretty boring cause that's my real name. The nickname "Jurgmeister" which I use on Brickshelf was created by a bandmember (our drummer). He thought the music I make resembled the music of an (I think Austrian) Duo called "Kruder & Dorfmeister". He made a combination of Jurgen and Dorfmeister hence Jurgmeister.
21. I'm definately gooing for functionality as opposed to complexity, which mostly means that mechanics are made as simple as possible. If I make something that has to be able to do something, it has to be able to do this well or not at all. Complex models are very interesting to be able to learn how stuff works, but in my MOC's all functionality is made as simple as possible. (Less = More)
22. According to Barman, it's a recon-vehicule, that's why it has no weapons.
23. Works fine in The Netherlands as well (now), but I remenber that I also got an error 1 or 2 days ago. And I just got another error.
24. The most dissappointing for me was the 8653 Enzo. It looked pretty nice, but it was a big let-down that it didn't include a gearbox and didn't even have suspension considering the size.
