  1. 30% at least. Probably more.
  2. This is basically 1:1 my opinion. Also, who decided what to use as Brooklynns hair?
  3. Probably for those darn Galactic Marines.
  4. Unfortunatly the net-catapult doesn't really work how it is supposed to. And sometimes the sliding plate even manages to rip the cabin loose.
  5. I think it is a missed opportunity to change the trunk to one with "lips", aka a clip. Also I think its tail and ears being possable would give it a much creater range of poses.
  6. My complaint would be about the dozen of new Aliens and Monsters Super Heroes and Star Wars get for some minor C-Rate characters. What I just noticed while studying the elephants and why the didn't look really good, was how bland the sets (except the 4+) seem when it comes to accesoires. Of course there are lots of bananas, but nothing really interesting.
  7. I think I like the new monkey. The old one was creepy. But what I am missing is the baby-monkey from the CMF.
  8. I think your changes would be a good start, but I would further: 60302: Get rid of the street plates, instead add another tree or more foliage pieces 60307: Replace the tracked vehicle with a half-track so it isn't that darn stubby.
  9. I am with you too. Jungle just looked so much better. The vehicles are just lame. If we do not count the 4+ set we have: The standard City ATV The standard City helicopter A way to stubby tracked vehicle An Unimog, that would be interesting if it weren't for the boxiest of boxes on its back. The ultra light plane actually looks nice to be fair. What I think is weird is the ammount of "base plate" there is. Basically all the sets have way to much plates directly on the ground for what actually is built on them. Especially the elefant set, which looks like more than half of it is just plates.
  10. Nice list. I especially like accurately sized AT-RTs. But unfortunatley the seem to get bigger and bigger. I wonder when the first one becomes largen than a AT-ST should be.
  11. Still want that: Separatist Tri Droid(60€) -Ki-Adi-Mundi and his Galactic Marines are ready to fight the terrifying Tri-Droid. -Let the Droid march into the battle with his three adjustable legs and fire his spring loaded launchers. -Contains Ki-Adi-Mundi, 2 Galactic Marines, 2 B1-Battledroids and 2 B2-Superbattledroids. -Tri-Droids stands over 30cm high and spans near 40cm Or updated: Separatist Tri Droid(70€) -Fight the last Battle of The Clone Wars. -Let the Droid march into the battle with his three adjustable legs and fire his shooters.(I think those things can be a better fit than spring laoded shooters) -Contains Captain Rex (Jet Pack), 2 501st Rocket Troopers, Separatist Tactical Droid, 2 Battledroids -Tri-Droids stands over 30cm high and spans near 40cm
  12. I imagine, that it is indeed that cheaper more "impulse buy sets" will more likely get a good figure as there USP. Imainge the AAT without Ahsoka. That single minifigure makes the set 10€ more expensive at reseller-customer level (to differentiate between a 10€ figure at aftermarket prices). Without it it would be a boring subpar build. And many other smaller sets also heavily base on minifigures. Large sets on the other hand can't really be saved by a single good or unique minifigure (except for a very small collectors market)
  13. Besides being expensive and replacing the old plates people have collected my main problem with those new streets is why they are so narrow? City cars get bigger and bigger, yet the streets get smaller? To be fair i also do not care for city.
  14. This. Less Gray and black and less colorcoding on the not gray and black parts.
  15. I would like to see a completly new Carnotaurus. With a new smaller body, probably new arms and a new head. Set: Carnotaur Rampage, 30€ Conatins Carno, Darius and Kenji, a small piece of jungle and the mandatory ATV. Body could be used for the next set: Jungle Cave Tour, 20€ funky Parasaurolophus, Yaz and Brooklynn a small dock and two canoes
  16. Thats a nice one. But we need more Owens don't you know?
  17. Or the 6x6 Mercedes. Could even contain the stupid net launcher.
  18. While people generally dislike stickers they are especially bad in Wu's Lab, since the whole backside of it depends on them. There is basically nothing but four! displays that are only become displays by stickers (Ok, there is a bit of wiring in the back that is also sone by stickers). Without them it would be just a random pile of bricks that don't look like anything. Basically the good build of that set is the lab table and the incubator.
  19. This is so dman true. The set is just bad, doesn't fit the theme at all and is a wasted spot. Bertter ideas for a T-Rex sets are so easy to come by. (A normal Gate set instead of 4+ or UCS for example)
  20. The sets in the last waves have some huge differences in the qualitty and design compartment. While the first one lokoed like the sets belonged together the last ones, while many of the sets loko better just don't fit together.
  21. Wow, another Owen. Why not xD. Is there any list of the parts that thing actually contains?
  22. Lego is really bad at estimating the demand for sets in the last years.
  23. First: how do you fit two seats into that cockpit when the axle is still there? Second: It seems very logical for me that those a bit more expenisve sets aren't worth it for you. In the end they most of them only contain a single dino, just like the smaller sets. And the builds don't offer more fun than the vehicles of the smaller sets. And I really dislike action features when they make the overall look clearly worse, while not offering much play value. And to be fair in my eyes most action features seem to be fun for like two minutes.
