I've read through this and don't understand why people are assuming every box will have the same ratio of fig types. I would think the boxes will be somewhat random?

Not a lot of difference, I agree. However, since it is slightly smaller in size, walls will include more standard bricks for us to create MOCs with. So, it is a slight improvement!

Has TLG issued any type of official response to the quality issues? If yes, where can I find it?
