Thanks We are all still a bit tired from such an intensive event. Many new MOCs were shown there. I'm sure in a few more days people will take time to photograph and present them.

Vig. 81c Hi, I wanted to show you some pictures of our LUG (0937) pirate display for the 2nd TomarLego in Tomar, Portugal. The event took place from 11 - 14 June, 2009, and we were visited by aprox. 22.000 people. We had the idea of using some custom made water tanks with real water. We where very happy with the results. See for your self. Apart from the sets that you will recognize (the ships), the MOCs in this display were made by: Lbaixinho, Evildead, Marcosbessa, Noro and me Here is the BS folder one of many others you will see appearing soon all over BS. Thank you for looking Update: Blueblock has got photos of the display here and here onwards

Thank's The pipe is very nice indeed but... not my creation, I took the idea from Mijasper (a genius in minifig creations in my opinion).
-
thank you the legs of the rider are in a very unnatural position if you look from certain angles, but the idea was to give the sense of movment... even if it doesn't look very realistic The chicken is from the Medieval Market set, I liked it and decided to use it.

Haven't build much western lately, but I made a small scene to fill my LUG (0937) western layout Thank's for looking.

I don't think it's the worst set, but I totally agree on the rest. I will probably buy it (if I can) to mod it I think the Lego designers should study more carefully the older sets.

Thank's for the nice comments Really? This is a good thing, they probably adjusted the bicycle mould so the wheels are easier to assemble.
-
Hi Baixinho, It's a beautifull Fort. Very well built and also realistic The inclined walls technique is very good. This will look very good in our pirates display
-
Thank's The bicycle wheels are a little tricky to take out, especialy the rear wheel, but I knew it was possible because I had seen them in MOCs before I used the tip of a scissor to force a little the sides where the wheel is fixed. But like I said the rear wheel was hard and I was afraid to break the bicycle frame. If you have 2 bicycles is easier to use the front wheels only Thank you. I saw it here (thank's Mijasper ) But I found out they also fit in this piece

Great and surrealist scene. Very original diorama

Hi there, This little MOC started as MOD of set 8398, but then I decided to use the bicycle wheels... that's when things turned out to be more complicated than I thought Brickshelf folder Flickr Thank you for looking

Ok, I know this is just to convince kids to buy cereals, but why do they have to call it Lego, this is not LEGO and never will be this is the same as the Batman promotion and the Bionicle promotion in Mc D. Sorry for beeing so direct, but this kind of "lego" gives REAL Lego a bad promotion. I wish The Lego company stop cheating kids like this. I mean it is like Lego is making fake Lego and doesn't even bothers that this crap has the LEGO brand on it. I just don't understand

Great buildind The letters in the sign are fantastic, liked the interiors to.

Thank you very much for your nice comments I will upload a photo of it with the sides off, it isn't that complicated

V-LV-27F This is a MOC I was working for a while, but only recently finished and photographed. I know this limousine could be a little longer (by US standarts) but I think that in Europe this is big enough (27 studs long) It can fit 4 minifigs on the back plus the driver in the front. Brickshelf folder Flickr I appreciate your comments and critics

Thank's guys the rusty colors idea only came when I was building (and it was a necessity not a choice) but I like the way it turned out

That's a great work you have done Good proportions and smoth looking in such a small(good) size.
-
That's a great looking car, nice job

Hi, After modifying the yellow hotrod of set 10200 I try to improve the grey pick up too. This veichle was one of my favorits. Here's how it looks now: You can check the differences in this picture And see the rest of the pictures in Brickshelf Thank You for looking
-
Thank you Some friends saw it first and told me it was blogged on Classic Town, I was very pleased
-
Thank's for your comments About the building instructions, is kind of tricky for me because I really don't like (don't know how) to use LDD or such software.
-
That's a lovely car and great colours as well I love both versions. Just the frog doesn't convince me
-
Very god work with that tow truck I went looking to your other cars in your gallery and you have some awsome MOCs there too.

Thank You When I look at it, I still don't like the wheels, the front wheels are to wide and the rear wheels are to big... I think this is the major problem for people who want to build more realistic cars in Lego. For now that's a problem I cant solve, I don't know (or have) better wheels for a car of this size.
