  1. It varies sometimes they do not leak at all (I do not count leaks happening 24 hours or less before the reveal a leak).. I agree
  2. I have been following that from the beginning and with all the farms animals available now it would be even better, but I think maybe Lego will make a city farm subtheme themself instead, which is fine as long as they do it so we do not end up with nothing again..
  3. All of them, except maybe the sheep and owl. I think Lego knows that there will be a high demand for them and with the prices they are asking I see no reason not to include them since they will earn a lot of money. Previously a lot of animals where only on a call in basis, but after they have stopped that it seems like they include more of them in the shop, even flying Hedwig and animals from the CMF are possible to buy now. So I hope they all will turn up, and not cost too much
  4. Still flying high, but I probably get my feet on the ground once the prices for them in B&P are revealed, are not going to be cheap I hope the sheep comes in all white and maybe all black soon, do not have the white/black type in Norway, but I am not in a hurry so a future CMF or BAM would be nice
  5. Would not surprise me if the bird is a new vulture mould, from what I can see on a picture it has lighter part of the wings, so definitely not the same as the previous eagle, it could still be a recoloured eagle of course
  6. Fine by me, if City has a wildlife AC I will start buying it again
  7. Brickset has still listed 60303 as set in the wildlife subtheme, are we getting another one or is it a mistake
  8. You forgot the bird Worst case it is the same eagle that has only been in one set, if not a new recolour of the same mould or the best case a new vulture mould Well they have a long way to go before they include the same number of animals as Playmobil, but personally I think this year has been great regarding animal moulds and Lego is definitely moving in the right direction That is right, buy them as soon as you get the chance is the safe thing to do, however I think all the animals will lead to more animals in sets, because once they are made and for a time will be part of Lego pallet of parts that designers can chose from, so it not so costly design budget-wise to include one as a retired or even worse a new one. However which of this that are coming in other sets later is not a guess I am willing to make in regards to my collection, so "day one purchase" on all of them Yes a fantastic year for Lego animals at least
  9. No they have red eyes, it is: "The white lion is a rare color mutation of the lion, specifically the Southern African lion"
  10. Was almost sure it would include the cub
  11. I do not have Instagram, but they usually let me have a look at the newest pictures, unless they "know" something good has leaked then they will not let me in It looks like the designers have spent their time well at the home-office designing and including animals moulds
  12. DA expansion pack was a little smaller than we where expecting this year, but looks great and it even has a owl
  13. What is going on here now, is Disney sets giving me animal moulds I can use I had a small hope when I read sheep in the set description some time back, but it is Disney so was expecting something closer to Friends animals. However from what I can see from the small picture it looks good to go with minifigs, and the horse/rabbit is a nice bonus as well. Even a small HP set with the brown owl popped up I am starting to wonder if I am dreaming because this is almost to good to be true
  14. The picture is so small That many? Is not the elephant the same colour in both sets?
  15. More or less what I expected with one elephant and several lions. Make no sense with a grey lion so I think it is something strange with the picture, could it be white It definitely looks like it is has a different colour on the mane as well! It looks to be a eagle in the tree or could it be a new vulture mould? And one monkey from what I can see..
  16. There is a big limited set and a polybag coming and you can argue that last years safari car is part of this theme however I would not hold my breath for new molds in those set Yes it most be the best 4+ set ever with all those animals
  17. It will the some expensive B&P orders from me soon, all animals are expensive as a rule, but those elephant cows are not going to be cheep to army build Really happy to see all those animals even it is going to cost me
  18. They all look 4+ to me, at least not fare from it, but I could not care less as long as sets are this backed with animals. Keep up the good work design-team City, what about a farm next year
  19. Ninjago disappoint when it comes to animal moulds once again However City delivers in every set and we still have the biggest(?) set and polybag left If we get the lion cub with "spots and stipes" in a couple of variants in BAM or CMF maybe, we have gotten most of the big cats in hole families. I like that they give the elephant cow small tusks, so we can give it bigger if we want a bull or use the old one as bull, anyway we got a full family there as well And the snake looks great to, strange they only printed the eyes the first time round, but great to have some different ones to use
  20. Sooner or later as more people have bought them they should in theory stay longer in stock at least Another small order arrived
  21. I am not What we need is a annual set around 100$ with different buildings from DA to expand the street. I am not so sure we will get more D2C from DA: they will probably use the D2C spot for something new A D2C would make DA very expensive to complete, smaller more affordable sets would make more sense More DA sets are very high on a lot of fans wish-list, so would be odd if they do not give it to us since they have limited of locations they can make set from. However looking at this years big figs they are not running out of ideas anytime soon If we do not get a DA set next year I am losing hope for anything compatible with the D2C DA, however ninjago gardens came out now several years after the 2 other sets where for sale at Lego
  22. I do not think that is the case for rare moulds like e.g. the goat. I assume they have one run at one factory then are either packed into sets there or shipped to other factory's that pack the sets. The rest are put into storage and if someone somewhere in Lego need goats they are shipped to them. When the mould broke, the part were probably of limits to designers so they could not include it in a set unless they had the budget to make a new mould That is right, the Ideas team tried to include the goat in the blacksmith set, but no luck because TLG assumed it would sell fine without it also. While other Ideas sets like Sesame street and Winnie the pooh get several new moulds because the sets would probably sell a lot less if they where not included. COS have not a good price per piece ratio, but that is probably because the designer used a lot of the budget on the basilisk, pixies and the new owl. If those parts where not included I guess it could have had a lot more normal bricks instead. Do not get me wrong I think they did the right decision and if I must pay extra for animals etc in sets then I will rather than less with no animal moulds, but should it really be necessary for the designer to make the choice like @Clone OPatra say:
  23. For me personally that do not MOC I would have no interest of such a set. Animals, minifigs and other details are the most important that I miss from the lack of Castle sets not a bunch of grey bricks.. However MOC builders could find them useful, but I assume the sales would be too low for Lego. It is not possible to get grey bricks cheap from Lugbulk, B&P or BL anyway
