  1. I think it looks great. I have three suggestions. The first may not even be legitimate. Shouldn't all the stowed sails have rope wrapped around them similarly to the boom sail? Secondly, this thread discussed brick-built launches. I think your ship would look even better with one instead of the pre-fab grey one you currently have. Thirdly, all that brown starts blending together, some dark-brown planks on the deck would give it some variety.
  2. Don't forget to include a pico-projector to display the Leia hologram.
  3. You mean you didn't do the entire arena? Pfffftt. Just kidding, its great.
  4. My Weimaraners would have that feeder for lunch.
  5. Didn't you know that Americans think that all Aussies get every Mad Max reference.
  6. So you're making a MOC of you cleaning up your room?
  7. This MOC is FAR less exciting than "My Secret Garden" was for me as a boy. I went to art school in Savannah, GA, and this really captures the feel of those private gardens in the historic district.
  8. PM your email and this weekend I'll take a bunch of photos of Kroger gas stations. I have never seen the Kroger logo you posted and would suggest your using the blue oval one. Are there any other American businesses you want me to photograph? In exchange I expect you to send me photos of Barter Town.
  9. I really like that Lego van...oh wait.
  10. I especially like your mudguards, the rear is great.
  11. You need a container that holds marginally soapy, scummy water and a squeegee for the windshields. I would also do a separate, free-standing display for the gas prices; these are usually by the road. On a side note, there must be more than one Kroger in the US, because that logo looks nothing like the ones in the southeast.
  12. I would imagine your buildings can be whatever sizes you wish, provided they are on a 32x32 baseplate. I don't even think they have to separate.
  13. I'm building this set for one of the upcoming sotres, and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed making the walls. Much more than I have any regular castle.
  14. And giving the natives Syphilis. I think these guys turned out great.
  15. Isn't it on his Flickr account? Where the photos are hosted?
  16. You fit a lot of details into the facade without it looking too fussy. Good job.
  17. I think it looks great. The competition in this contest is going to be brutal.
  18. While I love these and think they are great I don't think you should put them on Cuusoo. There is a clause that your set won't be made if Lego are doing something similar. Its safe to say that Lego is planning a lot of these sets, and the designers do internet research while working on their designs so they will see these. It would be a shame to get hopes up only to have the set canceled fo that reason.
  19. I'm assuming your use of different colors is because you lack bricks, and I think that's great. Its easy to get OCD and not show something because you didn't have the right colors. I'd like to see some different angles. I'd just like to mention that if this is not a Star Wars vehicle it belongs in the Sci-Fi section. If it is an obscure or lesser known Star Wars craft, then you should provide more info about it, maybe even include a link to its Wookiepedia page.
  20. I literally stopped watching after ten seconds. This might sound rough, but I mean it to be constructive. Why should we care about your MOC if you don't care enough to photograph it well?
  21. Looks good so far.
  22. Mitch, you should consider buying the Fire Brigade modular. Its expected to be discontinued sooner rather than later, and then the prices will only escalate. You will especially enjoy it as, in my opinion, the bulding techniques are more advanced. While I haven't put the Town Hall together, I still feel that FB was the most enjoyable to build, with Green Grocer as a close second.
  23. That sounds about right. You should seriously cram as many customers in there as will fit and have just one employee fig. LOL
  24. What a cool thing. Congratulations.
  25. I think your math is off for the post office: Number of Customer / 8 = Number of postal workers. :D
