  1. It is a very difficult decision to make, and it's unfortunate my time is very limited today that does not allow me to analyze in complete regard everything that has happened. However, I will be sure to make my decision of who to believe before the deadline based on what I have seen so far.
  2. On the two factions of scum, it would put town at a great disadvantage. Not only does town have to go against one team, but some extra sect, too? That's on the borderline of being unfair, I think.
  3. The testimony of Dagrun was given under desperation and trickery. I think there's truth to it, to a point. Petrus could be a scape goat, I recognize that, but this would be from a very very tricky desperate scum. Also, I don't think Dagrun was insistent that Dragmall needed to be killed so they could win. I believe she wanted both he and me dead so that they wouldn't be blocked/ruined by protection. That's what I got out of the conversation.
  4. In the realm if "Petrus is scum", Petrus would be the last scum for us to kill. There being more, in that realm, would be illogical. But that's just in that realm, remember. A realm of normalcy
  5. I'm not certain about Wary. There are indications that he really is the vigilante and indications that he is neutral, but none that he is scum. If he is indeed on the same team as Dragmall...well, I find that difficult to believe. My interactions with the two indicate to me that they are not. Maybe they did a good job at tricking me, but why would Wary approach me when I was already in good standing with Deagmall. It sounds redundant. We take a bit more of a risk, I think, by lynching Wary, than we do by lynching Canute and killing Pertrus at night.
  6. I want everybody to agree to this. If not, then that jeopardizes things. You think they're scum, I'm less inclined to believe that. None of us are in agreement on these facts, but I think we can all be in agreement with this plan. They get to kill you and you get to kill Canute. It's a fair trade, if you can even call it that. It is indeed my vote, so I'll change it when I like, which there seems to be plenty of time until tomorrow to do that.
  7. Yeah, we're on the second part of the day. We still have 29 hours left to talk. Right?
  8. Yeah, I'm not saying my theory works, it's just speculation. Also, Petrus, I was talking in hypothetical terms, of your being revealed as scum tomorrow, not today. Five hours left? I thought we were on the second part of our three part day?
  9. I've never heard of this theory before, that the scum can steal actions. It's an interesting theory, I'm not sure how much I believe it, but it does sound interesting. Anyway, I really think Petrus should die one way or another. Again, if you're Einherjar, team win and all that jazz. Canute should die one way or another, too. It's a good compromise for both arguments and with the cooperation of Dragmall and Wary, I'll switch my vote over.
  10. Here's another scenario, just for speculation sake, yeah? We lynch CMP and Petrus is killed at night. CMP comes up as town and Petrus comes up as scum. The game doesn't end still, so what do we do? Well, we can look at Wary, who could be the SK, though it's also very likely that he is the vigilante, too. Another option would be to lynch Snotra/Rurik because of their defending of Petrus a now confirmed scum. Now then, what do Snotra and Rurik have to gain by lynching Dragmall, Canute, or company? Are they their own faction or are they just misled Einherjar? The point is that they did not want Petrus lynched. But why would they want to prevent a scum's lynch? To preserve numbers to win the next day? Is that why they are pushing so hard today to lynch anybody but Petrus? It is really they who are the third faction/whatever, and being so close, they go on the offensive to turn over whatever Dragmall does. I actually thought of this possibility in the beginning of the argument. This is pure speculation, but it offers a scenario we have not really looked at yet that should be. Thoughts? Also, comparing this to Prison riot doesn't work so well because in Prison riot everybody was scum, except 'ol Odin here.
  11. That was very unnecessary.
  12. I don't care if you think it's absolutely true or if it's wrong in every single way. Let's just test BOTH theories so that we're ALL happy. Refusal to do otherwise is just ignorance of the highest regard.
  13. It is insane and I am having the greatest difficulty in believing it completely, but I think we should at least be open to it. Your denying it completely is only making it more likely that you actually are from some third faction. I urge you, if you are truly Einherjar, to not tunnel vision and be open. For gods' sake, be open to the possibility.
  14. There's been a huge fuss being kicked up and I think we all need to a way to mesh both worlds and test the two different theories. Lynching Canute and killing/blocking Petrus at night is the best way to do it, I think. It will test Snotra and Rurik's theories of a third faction or whatever as well as Dragmall's. Both of you guys have produced the extremes, I won't say which is more truer than the other, it's time to compromise on this and get away from the extremes (Snotra, Dragmall's theories is not absurd, and Dragmall, there's at least some basis in their theories that, by now, we should test it). Canute, sorry if you are Einherjar, but this is a team win and this is the best way to go. I'm hesitant in lynching our blocker and you are the next best thing to test the theory (unless you can offer somebody who you think would be more likely to be a part of this "third faction"). Now the only thing is if we can trust our broadsword killer to go through with it, too.
  15. Canute's last two points should really dispel any remaining thoughts of actually going with Snotra's/Rurik's logic.
  16. Then why was Dagrun caught targeting Wary Night four? She couldn't have converted him right there, because then why would a converted scum immediately kill off their own the next night. What about the pms Wary posted, was that all fabricated? Your logic is much more flawed than the logic in the case against Petrus. Look, it's either Petrus is the last scum or it's the biggest, most elaborate conspiracy to ever grace these halls.
  17. Petrus, you should really have had no reason to ignore me the way you did in the beginning of Day Two. That Hervi spectacle happened late in the day. We had the whole beginning of day two to speculate. You asked for my opinion on things, I gave them to you, and you never replied to them. I'm not saying you ignored your speculations, I'm saying you ignored mine. They're just speculations, I don't expect you to trust me, just talk to me. No, you instead dropped me the moment day two began. I'm sure you had plenty of opportunity to reply to me before we let off the case of Hervi. You popped in a couple times, too, but no word. Even your performance after day one was different. Much more subdued than the first day, I chalk it up to keeping up appearances. I don't mean to be harsh, but I think it was scummy behavior and I think your lynch today is for the best.
  18. Honestly, anything else just sounds too over the top. Vote: Petrus Fire-Starter (Pandora)
  19. You bet I am the protector, baby *Sveinn points to his townsy Protector badge* Here are my targets: Night one: Petrus (because we both shared an anti-Hervi stance, which, after the moment day two began, immediately ceased discussions with me. I would not expect a town Petrus to do that...to ignore me and our speculations like the way he did.) - I am disorientated, but I think my action is successful Night Two: Dragmall - Successful Night Three: I initially protected Wary, but I thought about it a bit more and I felt Bergulf was in greater danger, so I switched it to him. I was unsuccessful, obviously. Night Four/Five: Dragmall again, no discernible targets that needed more protecting than he did. Both times successful. For the most part I kept my intended targets secret from everybody else, so I could be a little more certain I wouldn't be blocked trying to protect anybody's killing. I only released said info after the fact. On night three, Hervi assumed I was the protector (he told me so) and I'm sure it was the scum who blocked me that night. Furthermore, I feel as if the scum were not 100% certain I was the protector, as I was not hindered after the fact. This is further evidenced in Beorn's "role cop" of Snotra as a protector. Beorn knew of a protector, but not the true identity. Most likely he was trying to raise questions against the real protector, which thankfully did not happen.
  20. No. No way would Canute or Carl be scum. From my interactions with Dragmall and how information has fallen, that is yet another ridiculous statement being spewed. Well, as an Einherjar, one faction or two, I think you're scum and you should be lynched today, Petrus.
  21. IT'S RIDICULOUS BUT NOT AS RIDICULOUS AS DEAD PEOPLE HAVING FALSE READINGS. A janitor, sure, but flat out false readings that seem to have no indication of the truth being revealed: RIDICULOUS. Lets hear from Wary and hopefully he can make you realize how ridiculous your incredulity is. You seem so set on this, but it would have helped if you spoke up more on your concerns earlier. This is out of the blue and thus sound ridiculous.
  22. I can't believe what I'm reading. I know the two night conversion sounds sketchy, but false readings on dead people is way, way, way out there. I still think Petrus is the best lynch candidate today. If he turns out town, then we can go after Dragmall, unless, in your terms, Dragmall is really with a third party that's 5 strong, and so killing an Einherjar today and at night would end the game...of life, or Petrus is a bomb or some Deus ex machina that results in yet another ridiculous win for Dragmall and whatever posse he's with. This is preposterous, and if it's true, then I just want to curl in a ball, cry, and then kill myself with my silvery sword, but first we should lynch Petrus.
  23. Well, hmm, let's see. Dragmall helps organize the death of the majority of the Servants of Loki. Snotra rants at people and, though he's right sometimes, doesn't have the full picture. Hmm, yeah, I'm going with Dragmall on this. What else are you insinuating? That Dragmall is scum? Is he a third party? I highly doubt that Dragmall is purposely killing his team mates like this. No doubt they would have caught on sooner and had him killed or outed him or try and get him lynched. Is he a third party? Oh, wait, you're the one that insists that we focus only on the scum. Hey, look at that! Petrus is most likely scum, lets test that with our most powerful tool, the LYNCH! If Petrus is town, say, we should lynch Dragmall tomorrow, then. I say we lynch Petrus today, it's best option, I think. The question has been raised, it certainly has enough facts to it that we should go through with the lynch. What better way to test everything than to lynch Petrus? There is no better way.
  24. It's also possible that Petrus assumed the killer role tonight and Dagrun the converter role. They have the capacity to switch roles, so it's difficult to say who did what. If anything, this combination, with Petrus assuming the killer role and being blocked last night (resulting in no kill last night), is even more convicting than her as the converter last night.
  25. Well, the broadsword killer did a good job of keeping up the idea that he was going to go along with the conversion...after all, he was only one night away from being fully converted. The broadsword killer also pushed for proof from Dagrun that this conversion was his only option (instead of just killing Dagrun herself), and so Petrus' name was dropped. What she must not have counted on was that the broadsword killer would turn to the town block instead, which we gave him a better option by being able to block Petrus while he kills Dagrun.I'm inclined to believe all of this, especially with the account that the protector became disorientated after protecting Petrus on night one, which indicates that some scummy action was performed on her, and I bet it was part of this conversion process, as odd as it is. If this conversion process is true, then that explains the high number of scum (7) among us. They can convert as many as they like, but it takes two days to do it. I don't know about you, but this is solid enough for me to vote for Petrus when the time comes.
