Hurrah, here is our last Servant of Loki! (Now 8 would just be craaaaaazyyy) I know where my vote is going today
-
Yes! What a wonderful night, indeed! What's more, we have another Servant of Loki to serve up on a platter! Sveinn and his silvery undies and silvery axe and silvery armour and silvery beard, all uninterestingly silver, you know, are so excited.

If you're lurking around, you ought to vote for Beorn, if anything than to get a lynch (one that would actually answer questions). We only need four more votes to make that happen. I count three active among us who could do that. Not only is role cop an easy claim to make (especially when tons of people claimed to Hervi), but he ballsed up Snotra's apparent "doctor role". With the information he's had (and including the disorientated bit), he's open to make up whatever he wants, including getting a woozy result that Snotra is some doctor/protector. I'd rather not have to use precious town resources to have him verified tonight, and any hesitation is going to be a real killer for us at this point. Let the axes fly.
-
Vote: Beorn (Bob) If we must see a lynch, I'd rather it be of Beorn's. His lynch will tell us something.
-
Considering his defense and not a very strong case, I'm glad to not place a vote for Patrekr. He's not in the clear, no, but there's enough doubt that I don't want to lynch him for it. Out of Dragmall's other suspects, there's Wilhalm and Snotra. Then there's also a plethora of people caught in the act of nocturnal activity (not that sort of activity, though it is approved ). I would not be surprised if any one of these were fakes, or rather, not einherjar. Hopefully we can spot their lies sooner rather than later. Of Wilhalm...there's actually a lack "of Wilhalm," really. This could be a cunning ploy to appear so out of it that there's nothing that can be used against him. It could also be a very busy einherjar. Busy Servant?

Doesn't have gas - It's true, I don't ._.
-
I in no way meant that to mean there were four conversions I'm just saying that conversion, in addition to the framer/prankster/etc., are all factors that can screw up the night actions that cause disorientations.
-
There is also the possibility that the conversion itself is what caused the wooziness in the first place. That's certainly what I thought when I first heard about it. The only thing that makes me not follow that thought is Petrus' big anti-Hervi stance. That is assuming Petrus isn't just keeping up appearances.

This lynch is going rather fast, and I'm not all that convinced of the case against Patrekr (I will have to give it re-read).
-
Lots of things to take in and understand, I hope to get a moment and return with a better understanding of what's going on. I will say that Cranebeinn is in my suspicion, though. The weather gods have played their tricks on me, but it's not enough to keep me down. My silvery accoutrements continue to shine.

Ragnarök Now - Confirmation & Discussion Thread

Shut it scummy I'm safe, though. The power company says 3-5 days on the power, we'll see how true that is. -
Ragnarök Now - Confirmation & Discussion Thread

Not even Shadows can tell Mother Nature to back off during Mafia. It took more than dinner to take me out of mafia. I don't know when the power will be back to where I am (Lower Manhattan), but the damage is bad (the above ground garage of our car was completely flooded and that's all gone) and it's going to be a week until power is returned, it's pretty vague what's being said, but 6-10 days is one number I hear. I should be able to connect on once in a while, but even cellular network in my area is sketchy, took me several attempts throughout the day to get that posted. It was bad. -
Ragnarök Now - Confirmation & Discussion Thread
Scouty replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Hurricane Sandy knocked my power out. No idea when it'll come back. I won't be very active for this game day, but we'll see what moments I can get to connect. -
I find it hard to believe that after three and a half days worth of discussions, Stemid found no suspicions to grab hold of and analyze. With an overall unhelpful behavior, I'm going to Vote: Stemid the Pale (Sandy).

Except that's not how it worked, the disorientation. Bergulf wasn't told he was successful and then later on he was disorientated, he was immediately told he was disorientated and that he thought his action was successful; I don't see how/why Ragnar would later on change your result It looks like Bergulf, as others have suggested, was indeed framed. It's curious then that you found the town investigator, yet your "inheritor" action still failed. It's not like your action is to look for the affiliation of people, getting fooled by framers and what not, but rather the simple yes, no question of finding the investigator. Am I right in thinking that? Regardless of whether Bergulf was framed or not, you found the town investigator. It's not like he became the scum investigator and then in that way your action failed. It's a question of mechanics, but it could also be just a made up role to preemptively protect yourself in case you were watched by the watcher.
-
I'd like to hear from Finn first and what he has to say, but initially, Finn is looking to be the better lynch for today.

A vaguer sentence has not been uttered in these halls.

You didn't say please . How can we have a civil discussion when you don't say please?
-
I've had a breath and I'd like to not reply in an aggressive manner. Please stop being so aggressive whenever somebody says anything against your views, then absolutely flipping out at them. It's happened in the past as you've done to both town and scum members alike. To your last question: Yes, I have. I very much have. More so behind the scenes than in the front lines, but I assure you that my efforts have totally been devoted to the town.
-
No, I'm trying to not be stupid, that's all. We've done very well so far in eliminating four scum (which sort of seems too well, too soon), and I'd like to be cautious to not balls things up at this point. Play it up to my style to be cautious, but I have worked very hard for this town and a statement like that last one is insulting.

It was some famous guy that's going to live hundreds and hundreds of years from now who once said: haste makes waste.

Well, first, here's how things went down that night. It was Bergulf's intention to target both you and Hervi initially, but most people in Hervi's circle believed it was better that Bergulf investigate himself with somebody else, which most of us wanted Hervi investigated, a fact Hervi was happy to go with. Hervi pushed Bergulf into investigating themselves together, or at least seemingly implied it...strongly.If they framed Bergulf, then would that mean that "two" scum were investigated, meaning his action was successful, and it'd be up to Bergulf to assume that they're both town? I think the close wording Bergulf used was that "he thought Hervi and he were the same alliance". I suppose framing Bergulf is possible, in that regard. I guess the counterargument to that is that maybe the scum were afraid that Bergulf would be told they were both scum? In which case, tailoring Hervi would make them both Town, so if alignment was revealed, they'd both be town. That sounds safer to me...maybe they have an inventor/jack of trades of their own and already used up their framer/tailor/etc., so they were left with either or? Note also that Hervi mentioned he was targeted by the Prankster on Night 2. Perhaps this was a cover story to hide the fact he was targeted by his own scum mate, in case the watcher targeted him, which Hervi was in contact with the watcher, supposedly. I mean, either or is possible...I think Hervi's tailoring is more plausible, but that's just my opinion. I don't think the scum know absolutely every town role here. I'd be careful not to be hasty and end up accidentally revealing one of our own power roles that the scum don't know at all or haven't confirmed yet. Of course there are those who Hinck was in contact with and which they revealed their roles to him, rather foolishly in my opinion, so I'd leave it up to them to reveal themselves if they're certain their cover is blown, but I don't think we should drag them out so roughly. Also, Hephaestus was always the inventor. I don't know how you mixed the prankster and investigator together.
-
Any information gained is lost when the person dies, so this would be impossible, unfortunately. In the end Bergulf's only result was the not-so-true result he got on Hervi and himself. It now seems like Hervi was tailored, and Hervi did well in his control of Bergulf. Fortunately, it was not solid and Bergulf only thought he could be sure of his information. I wonder if this "tailor" has connection to the Prankster role and that's what's causing confusion among the power roles. I asked Hervi in private for the identity of the Prankster (I thought it appropriate since if he was town any information he had would not die with him, plus a role such as a prankster doesn't sound very einherjary to me)...he was quite quiet of the fact, which means it doesn't exist (which I wouldn't be all that surprised if it didn't) or it was one of his scum mates. In terms of today, I think it'd be well to first review what info we have among us from Hervi's death, as well as poke those who insist on sleeping in the shadows as this ordeal continues.

What a great relief to see two Servants of Loki dead this morning, hurrah! It's unfortunate about the loss of Bergulf, at least we have him confirmed and use whatever findings he's had to our advantage. Surely by now the servants of Loki are severely weakened, let's hope that we only have two more to go

I'm effeminately manly. Brrrrrrrrrr. Me and my silver axe, and my silver shirt, and my silver pants, and my silver undies, and my silver socks, and my....
