That is true, but the RBR has already been released a few years ago as a UCS set, without figures. I don't think that Lego would go to all the trouble to design a mini-figure scale RBR and not include any mini-figs. I definitely think and hope it will.

I am not sure if it was in the book, but I read an interview with JK Rowling that said Hermione was the only one to go back to Hogwarts, which makes sense. She was the brainy rule-follower (at least in the first few books, she lightened up later on). Harry and Ron were smart enough that they didn't need to go back. I am going to see the Half-Blood Prince on Wednesday, which I am pumped for. From what I have read, it is really good. But, even better, it really sets the stage for a great final two movies. I am really glad there will be two more movies. I can't figure out where in the story they will break it up though???

Very nice. Can we get a partial translation on description in the bottom. I can't wait to find out what figures come with it. Maybe we will find out at Comic-Con.

I have not be been watching the CW, so I am not sure if they have included true Mandalorians in the CW so far, but Lego doesn't really do that much EU. Plus, if the pattern so far holds true, this years BP's have to be OT. You can search the last few pages, and there should be a link for the video that isn't Youtube.

Very nice. I love the detail you included with the hats and the torsos. Really great. Some of the best Napoleonic soldiers I have ever seen.

We have already discussed this. The new mid-scale Falcon was in the new CW packaging, which means that all new sets will probably have this packaging. The only reason the OT sets this year had a different packaging was because it was celebrating the 10th Anniversary. And TPM is not a favorite among fans, while all three of the OT films are. And would you please stop complaining about a lack of Modding in the forums and other people mini-modding. While people shouldn't mod if they aren't moderates, I don't think it is that big of a deal if they give friendly reminders about small things like staying on topic. And honestly, you cause a lot of the problems that require modding. And not just in the Star Wars thread. I have noticed the same thing in the Culture and Multimedia thread.

Very nice design. I love the color scheme and the realistic sails. The only thing I would say is that the ship itself is a little short.
-
Considering the packaging is the new 2009 Clone Wars, I am going to take a wild guess and say that they aren't from 1999. Why, in everything that you post, do you have to be so negative. Everyone else is speculating on what they might be, and you and being negative.

Very nice. I love the detail of the vegetation. Great job with the "blood". You picked a great head for the German.

I agree. Considering that it will be the 30th of the ESB, I am guessing Lego will have one or two to commemorate it. These look like Rebel and Imperial Hoth BP's, which would make sense. Hopefully for the anniversary of ROTJ, they will have Rebel and Imperial Endor BP's.

I don't really think that a blurry picture of two possible 2010 sets is cause for a 2010 Rumor thread. I think once we need a bit more evidence before we open a new thread.

While a Hobbit License would be great, it doesn't offer the big battles that the LOTR does. However, a Hobbit license could lead into a LOTR one.

Yes. After looking at them again I realized that they are in the new packaging. Hopefully they are 2010. I wonder if they did that intentionally or by accident...

I accidently posted this before I was done typing without even knowing it. It is fixed now and I added the films. I would prefer to keep it to the Books and Movies if that is fine.

First off, I find it hard to believe that there isn't a topic about Harry Potter already. So, I guess that's why I am starting one. I love Harry Potter. Ever since the Sorcerer's Stone came out, I have considered the series to be my favorite book series of all time. The characters are enthralling, the story is totally unique and original, and there is a kind of magic in the books that you can't find anywhere else. While I love all of the books, I particularly love the last 4. Starting with the Goblet of Fire, the return of Voldermort takes center stage, and the books become a lot darker and exciting. The first three were all about character introduction and back story, and were all around light hearted. However, the last four really dive deep into Voldemort and his past, present, and future. I have read all of the books twice, and the 4th, 5th, and 6th three times. Also, in the first 3 books, the characters are very immature and light hearted. As they get older, their personalities develop into something adults can relate too. Also, character interactions become a lot more prominent in the later books, especially the love and hate that grows between them. Movie wise, I love all of them. And while it looks like the Half-Blood Prince is going to be my new favorite, the Goblet of Fire is my current. While the Order of the Phoenix was great, too much was cut out of the movie that was in the book. Hopefully they didn't do that with the Half-Blood Prince. I am really glad that they are making the Deathly Hallows into 2 movies, because honestly there is nothing in that book that is not important to character development and the overall story. While they are not my favorite film's ever, they are probably my favorite books. Please share your thoughts and ideas. And after everyone goes and sees the Half-Blood Prince, please use spoilers.

I know I am referring to the Death Star play set. It is minifigure scale. You can play with it using your minifigures. The previous ones had been UCS sets, but this one was made to play with. I was not giving a new idea. I was referring to the current Death Star with minifigures. Dwarfinator. I don't think Lego would make Eragon stuff over Lord of the Rings. While the Eragon books are popular, only one movie was made and it got terrible reviews. I think it's unlikely they will make more of them. However, Lord of the Rings is popular in both book and movie form, with the movies being more popular today. They would make huge money off of LOTR.

While it is hard to tell, you might be right. However, it could just be a current set we have that is obscured due to the focus of the camera. Either way, that was a very interesting video. While I am still disappointed with how the Mon Cal Cruiser came out, it was nice to see how the models get designed. Too bad we didn't get a peek into 2010.

I really hope they chose Bradley Cooper. After seeing him in The Hangover, he is one of my favorite actors. I really like Ryan Reynolds, but Cooper is better.

While these are great ideas, your set size/minifig count to price ratio is way off. Lego would never release an $80 set with 20 minifigures. Lego has released very few sets with 20 figures. The only one I can think of was the Minifigure scale Death Star, and that was $400. That Minas Tirith set would A) never be released and B) if it was, would be around $1000 dollars. I understand that these are sets that you would want, but these are sets that we would never get (at least the way they are). If I were you, I would review all of these, and considerably reduce the number of minifigs you have listed for each set. The most would probably be 20, and that would be for Minas Tirith, Helm's Deep, or The Black Gate.

Very cool. I really love the detail, especially the motorcycles using the cart as a ramp. Very ingenious.
-
Really? I haven't read that anywhere. Now, that doesn't mean it isn't true, but considering they have just assigned a new writer, these might not be totally accurate.
-
The other guy should have posted in the availability section of the Star Wars forum, so he is at fault there. But, instead of answering him, you should have kindly pointed him to the correct forum. By answering him, you are encouraging him and others to post questions about availability in the wrong area. Just a friendly reminder.
-
Well, they must be pretty good if they make so much money. People wouldn't pay all that money to see a crappy film or buy crappy stuff. Just because you don't like them doesn't mean they are good. And once again, you are insulting what people are trying to say. And your posts shouldn't be so annoying or offensive that people shouldn't read them. This is a forum where people can share thoughts and ideas in a friendly manner.

Actually, Spider-Man 4 was just assigned a new writer. Honestly, I thought the first two were good, but the third one was trash. There was way too much drama between Peter and Mary-Jay.

Very nice MOC. I actually really like the whole mid-scale idea, and it would be great if Lego would continue it. It would be great if you could post a size comparison shot because from this picture it is hard to tell how big it really is.
