    A week ago, we had some snow, but no snow day, a city some miles away from my place did have a snow day and we were all pissed of alot >:-(

    I believe it was made to support the jibsails, this Wikipedia Article might help you out. It doesn't say anything about it's purpose but it could be helpful.

    You think so? Where's the MOC? This seems like a normal question to me... Well, back to your question Mr SE. I think this part can be very helpful to you: In order to make it strong, you should use technic axles. Aaron Morse, also uses these on the masts of his heavy frigate the Challenger.

    I believe it's made by a member called AdmMatthew, look at this thread: British and French Torso designs. The colours of the coat really mix good with the colour scheme of the ship X-D
