Yes, I meant land army with war. I think you should put Emperors, Kings and such under Land army, Islanders under official pirates or other. Anyway, I made some demos! And they I think these torsos would be beautiful when made on that nice shiny paper. Sorry for the not-so-good picture quality. The torso of Admiral Norrington is really beautiful! And the 4+ Captain Redbeard Minifig version turned out amazingly well! The surgeon from SirScottLego is a very nice edition to my crew! :-P But not unlike his beautiful admiral (sorry about bad quality of torso): More, and better quality pics (had a bit of problems with the lightning) will come tomorrow. I've been thinking of something... Wouldn't it be easier if we divide the categories in to two? I've been looking for navy torso but they are harder to find in between all of those war torsos. So don't you think it's easier to divide them into War and Navy? Mr Tiber

I was wondering....
El Bucanero replied to Skateboarder_2_da_max's topic in Forum Information and Help
You should take a look in the Community forum. Mr Tiber -
Thanks alot Amanda! Wow, I think it turned out great! I'll print them right away! And I'll also print some of the variations since I'll be printing anyway. Mr Tiber

You get better with every torso you make Norrington! Good job! But I do suggest you to create a thread in the MOC forum for all the non-pirate related torsos. Except for it being a Disney film, no. Mr Tiber

You custom torso designers are so nice, always willing to take requests! Here is a picture: BTW, the ascot is supposed to be white, not reddish. As much as I loath the 4+ I really like the torso of this guy! Mr Tiber

4 or 6 stud wide cars, which do you prefer ???
El Bucanero replied to Brick Miner's topic in LEGO Town
Although I think 8 studs would be the best to give the figs some comfort, 6 would look a bit more sleek, thus a bit better (In my opinion). So that's 6 studs for me! Yeah, six studs wide cars look the best: I saw another six-wide beauty the other day but I'm not able find it anymore. :'-( Mr Tiber -
Now THAT would be interesting. It must be the way to get yourself a big amount of castle figs in one time. I don't think I would play chess with it anyway... I'd buy it for the figs... Mr Tiber

That's just what I thought too! :-D I've been looking for that Captain Redbeard torso for a quite some time! Thank you Amanda! The variations on the originals are also very good. The muscular pirate looks quite "real" infact! :-D One thing though: The torso's under Imperial torsos I would have put them under Armada, or Imperial Armada, and the I believe the "Mameluk" torso is the same as the "Imperial one". But that's not a problem I think... Would you be able to make a Minifig sized torso of the 4+ pirate captain? It would be highly appreciated! Very good job! Mr Tiber

Never noticed them, but they are good! You're really a talented man Mr Mosana! Would you be able to make a British commodore for me please? Mr Tiber

A Couple Jack Sparrow Torso Designs

Those are some of the best Jack Sparrow torso's I've ever seen, honestly! Great Job Mr Tyger! Mr Tiber -
First, you need to be a knight (500+ posts)... If you're a knight you will discover how to make a poll ;-) . Mr Tiber

How about some British Navy fellows? I'd love those! Mr Tiber

SirScott, considering you're back, I'd like to ask you something about this ship. Is this ship still seaworthy? If so, have you been building with it lately? If you haven't done it, but if you're planning to do, I think you should make the masts a bit higher, so another sail could be added to each mast. It's good yer back mate! Mr Tiber

Ah, Indonesia! My family is also partially Indonesian(although they don't speak a word Indonesian)! Welcome aboard! You have a very nice army, and I think the pictures is not that bad. For a moment I thought it was a MLCAD Image... Mr Tiber

I'm not sure what's the difference in the LEGO theme. I think LEGO made them to have a change. You can use the blue men for soldiers, but also for officers. Like a French Napoleonic soldier or a high ranking officer on a ship. If I combine the two on a ship, the Blue ones are officers and other big shots. The Red ones get high hats or shakos, I believe they are called marines. That's how it is in Master & Commander, and that movie was based on facts. Mr Tiber

Bricklink or eBay... Mr Tiber
-
Your mum hates eBay How come? May I ask how old you are Mr Beatledude? Anyway, here's a link to a very shocking one! This one's cheaper. But if you want to buy this you have to be quick because this auction ends in less than two hours. It appears you know nothing about eBay dude... You can also just send the money by bank transfer, and there would be no need to transfer the money to dollars. I do it all the time. And I believe the Police will certainly do something. If eBay hasn't done it yet that is... I wasn't saying eBay is ultra-safe btw. It depends alot on yourself, if you choose to buy from someone with a feedback score of 0 %, than you can expect problems... Besides there's also an eBay UK... Mr Tiber
-
Yes we did! You asked where you could by a BSB, well, and we answered. The only place is the internet lad... Bricklink or eBay would be the best places... Mr Tiber
-
Hi, Mr Beatledude, welcome to the Pirate forum. What makes you think eBay isn't safe? I bought several sets from eBay, and everything arrived... Just check eBay or www.Bricklink.com. If you want to buy it new, there is not so much on eBay. And from bricklink you'll only find new ones for ridiculously high prices...( not less than $200 anyway..) I found a new one for $700+ once! Oh, and some tips to improve your posting style: You shouldn't make double post unless it's really neccesary( like when the thread is more than 4 months old and nobody you made the last post) There was like fourteen minutes between your first post and the second one, you should wait a bit longer before double posting. And try to tone down the smiley use abit. ;-) It makes the post a unorganized. Just trying to help you! Mr Tiber
