Well i finished my penultimate mod comments welcome,i should add that it was made quickly and so not very neat also the video and the pics are not the best. The list of thinks i did: extended the counterweight made new a new boom coupling mechanism (can change to ether hrd or normal boom) fitted 2 pf switches to allow the change of motors changed the gearing to the boom lift LA'S added another battery box

Nice maybe try to scale it down a bit as it seems a bit big to fit into currant sized mocs, what about putting one on top of the other or removeing some of those gears. nice job

Have you tried using a rubber band or a bit of string attached to the bed?
