Sarge, you might want to consider using that Lucky stone and attacking all the enemies, it would make our job a lot more successful...     "We stopped you once before, right? Quite humiliating experience, wasn't it!? We will do so again! Do you dare to prove me wrong?" Thalion makes a taunting hand motion, inviting the ambushers to attack him.

If you don't, you will fail your mission but you will at least get to keep your life. You might even get a trial and a second chance, for you were acting under orders... Think about it... There is no need to spill any more blood needlessly..."

Or maybe we've come here to stop you, I cant quite remember..." Thalion says with a smirk as he drinks a potion in preparation of what is to come...

    "I agree, we could all use the rest, but I dont think we have the time. If those gangs are indeed planing an assassination in the palace in Duplovia we must go there as soon as we can."

    "No problem." Thalion adds with a smile and a slight bow, as he turns the beam in his hand "I think I'll name it Sleeper"; and feeling he can use it, equips it. OOC: Sleeper - Outwardly common looking item, that possesses something special or unique inside.

    "I know its not magic, since I felt no connection to ether from it. But i think you are right, it was woven on king's tunic... The X-s I think are where the diversionary attacks happened, the highway and the market, and where the final one is about to happen - the castle. Either way, I think we all agree that we must hurry back to Duplovia." Thalion takes the map.

    Thalion looks at the symbol and the map, "I've never seen this symbol before, does anyone recognize it?" He continues looking at them both, "On closer examination, this looks like a symbolized version of the city of Duplovia - all the roads leading to Rome Duplovain castle..." After hearing the two Duplovians speak, Thalion takes a sharp turn and looks at Eyric, "What do you mean by no one is told about this? If these are indeed Duplovian supplies why shouldn't the people know the truth?" OOC: Its no problem, for my part; I was just surprised since you said you were back with us, and then you vanished. But don't worry, Brickington is alive and kicking! OOC: Just to clarify, Thalion is not angry with Eyric, he is just intrigued.

    "Excellent work everyone, now I think we should make haste; I have a feeling something bad is going to happen and if we are to act, we must hurry!" Thalion looks at the map first, and does a quick search of the crates afterwords. When done, Thalion puts his scepter away and tosses 10 gold to Brickington and Sarge. He then turned to his fellow elf, "Alexander, you can have the club, like we discussed." Thalion hands the club to Alexander nodding and awaiting the other weapon.

    "Sarge, you, Quellir and Brickington should make a full frontal assault, the troll is harmless for now, and I intend to keep him that way 'till we have dealt with him..." Brikington attacks Troll from front row. OOC: Anyone hear from Brickington, he hasn't been around in a few days!?

    I think so too, since counterstrike would deal physical damage to attacker - which can't be dealt by a blind target. Thanks for confirming, I thought so too.

    Thalion uses the Scroll of Frailty on Troll from back row. Quellir attacks the Troll from front row. Battle Order: Thalion Alexander Sarge Sarge Quellir Brickington OOC: Thalion was using Scroll of Blindness last turn (repeated from last round, and the one before that) and was before Alexander in BO, so Alexander should have suffered no damage, and Sarge got Hunted. Also we need to make this go a bit faster, this is far to slow with different time zones and so many misses. How does everyone feel about autorolling?

    OOC: Since Wedge didn't post; I think its safe to assume Alexander will repeat his action too.

    OOC: I thought it was triggered after attacking a target (no matter the outcome of attack), but it makes sense to trigger only after a successful attack... Even better if that's the case!

    "Alright people, I will switch to support so we can take him down quicker..." Thalion uses the Scroll of Blindness on Troll from back row. Quellir and Eyric repeat their actions. Battle Order: Quellir Alexander Thalion Sarge Sarge Brickington Eyric OOC: Thalion should have recieved a counterstrike atack and lost additional 7 health, lost hunted and got weakened effect right? I am basing his action for this round on that. Also, Brickington attacked from back row and troll has 5 SP (or did it vanish with the ambusher B?).

    Seeing Sarge recover from stun, Thalion looks at him, "You OK Sarge? If so you can help me with attacking that Troll. Stick to the back and attack him twice, and if he gets you on first hit, use a potion, otherwise do what you do best... If you come unharmed after this, I'll heal you in the next round." He turns to the rest of the party, "Alexander, Quellir, Brickington, show it what we can do!" Thalion attacks Troll with darkness spell from back row already feeling the force of the counterattack. Quellir attacks Troll from front row. Eyric does nothing in the back row. Battle Order: Quellir Alexander Thalion Sarge Sarge Brickington Eyric OOC: Its up to you Brickington, but I would suggest attacking the Troll, as stated above by Thalion. BR/FR you are safe either way, so its your choice. Note to QM: Alexander should have more health, and should be able to attack the troll safe from KO.

    Great action scene. The second shot is definitely my favorite... What is the piece used for the shield (great use btw)?
