Thalion turns to Prefect, "Master Eyric, would you mind showing us to the quarters we can use, and afterwords leading us to the marketplace to visit the man you mentioned earlier; the one who can help us with the crossbow?"

    "What would you have us do? Do we proceed to the marketplace to identify this crossbow, or something different entirely?"

    "Thank you, your majesty. The only questions I have are about your job for us, but before that a rest would be nice. It has been a long journey, and we are all tiered..."

    "From what we have learned so far, you and Delfrin are about to sign a peace treaty. There are several groups that don't want that to happen. First on our way to Duplovia, we were attacked by pirates. They were hired by someone to specifically stop us from getting here. We stopped in Newharbour to see if we can pick up any leads, but we only got rumors. It might be worth to mention that we encountered a man who called him self "Archer", and was very knowledgeable about the current situation and the parties involved. He warned us about the group called "Hidden Skulls" and another group who he described as having a white hand painted on their helmet. We were attacked by a group of Hidden Skulls when we exited the Newharbour, and after we got to the city we were attacked by a mysterious assassin I mentioned earlier who had the white and marking on his helmet. We questioned the Skulls but we got nothing out of them, and we got this crossbow from the assassin. I think that about sums it up."

    Thalion bows, "Thank you, my lord. My name is Thalion and these are my friends Alexander, Sarge and Brickington. If you dont mind me getting straight to the point, the reason why we are here... What is going on and what can we do to help?" He put special emphasis on the last part. "On our way here we were attacked several times, I am guessing, in an attempt to stop us from reaching you. The last such attack happened here, in the city. Fortunately, we were able to defeat the assassin, and he had this on his person." Thalion takes out the engraved crossbow. "Can anyone here tell us something about it?" He holds it in front of him, so that everyone in the room can see it.

    "I've dealt with people distrusting me all my life, I am an elf and a mage... You are right, we delayed for too long, we should head inside."

    Not my favorite two NPC's but great ones nonetheless. Ziegfrieds, the greatest house in Westeros Heroica! My favorite moment in this quest, so far!

    After Sarge's introduction Thalion speaks to the clacked man, "Indeed we are the heroes. My name is Thalion, and these are, as our annoyed friend already told you, Alexander, Sarge, and Brickington. Whom do we address?"

    Only individuals in the party want that, some of us just want to do our jobs as heroes. You already got a nice sword and Skyrimguy got a piece of Mithril, so to both of you - don't be greedy! Quests aren't just about getting the most loot...

    Thalion looks at markings on the engraved crossbow, and tries to determine its origins and properties. Afterwords he turns to the soldier escorting them, "Quellir, lets continue. We have an appointment to keep, and afterwords, we could use some rest..."

    Brickington's right, I dont wish him to get KO'ed. Since he didn't buy any potions, and the rest of us are in short supply of them as well, I figured that staying back would be the easiest way for him to stay alive. That's all...

If Thalion seals the assassin Quellir attacks assassin from the back row. Otherwise he does nothing in the back row. Battle Order: Thalion Sarge Sarge Alexander Quellir Brickington OOC: Is it OK with everybody to consider sir Brickington will do nothing for the remainder of the battle (so we dont have to wait for posting every time) since we can take the enemy down easily? Brickington?

Battle Order: Sarge Sarge Thalion Alexander Quellir Brickington OOC: Even tough Legonater didn't write it, assassin is still sealed this round, so you should attack him normally. If I fail, use conditional actions and we play it safe; for now, since we are safe, full assault!

We dont need to risk getting KO'ed. Also, Thalion should have one less ether (2 after this round) since reading scrolls costs ether no matter the success...
