It seems I missed this one so let's revive this old thread.
This is a very good looking fire bike *wub*.
And I like the fact that you've used real Lego stickers.
I've moved this one to the city forum because it fits perfect in that theme.
You've done a great job building that batman car.
I was quite impressed when I saw that car in the latest Batman movie and yours has the same effect on me.
Because this MOC fits nicely in the Lego Theater forum, I've moved it over there.
Those minifigs and helmets are so *wub* *wub*
I haven't been buying Star Wars sets anymore the last 1,5 years, but for this price I will get one of these.
Thanks for making this wonderful review !!!
I gave this one a 5.
It's one of the little pirate sets I had during my youth and I loved it for several reasons.
First of all, it contains 2 of my favorite minifigs! It can be used as a small independent base or in combination with one of the bigger sets (Eldorado or Trading posts) as a lookup or outer defense. Besides all that, this set just looks beautiful. I love the colors (blue baseplate and the white/yellow tower). One of the best little/medium sized sets ever made by Lego!
Welcome here on Eurobricks.
Seems we have a bit opposite interests when it concerns Lego :-D
However, I do like the Star Wars movies and think the sets are great.
Thanks for posting this find!
There won't be any Nazi's in the Indy 4 because it is set in the '50s.
I have a feeling the new bad guys will be the Sovjets judging from the red star on the side of this vehicle:
The experiment is now ongoing for 19 days, so it's time for an update.
This is what the the airplane wing looks like today:
I'm hoping that in another 10 days the process is completed.
Once that is confirmed, I'll do this on a bigger scale with a entire box of yellowed (previously white) pieces.
Ok, this started with a question about a lost BZP account, and now some are comparing other sites with Eurobricks. It's good to read you guys have high regards for Eurobricks, but let's stay on topic and STOP CRITICIZING OTHER WEBSITES/COMMUNITIES !!!
I've added this one in the Tutorial section of our Indexes - Libraries - Tutorials - Reviews thread.
This is a super useful tutorial for me, because when I build the L'Orient, I always felt it needed better rigging.
I'll certainly give this a try when I get to buy some good rope.
This bike certainly looks a lot like the real thing, but it is a bit hard to see because of the dark pics.
Taking the pictures outside with natural light would fix this problem easily.
I've moved this thread to the Trains and City forum because we'd like to use the Your Own Creations forum (from now on) mainly for MOCs that don't fit any theme forum.
Nice design!
But resizing these pictures is a good idea.
They are way too big now.
Here are some tutorials to help you:
By ApophisV: How to resize a large pic
By MisterPhes: How to perform a batch image resize
I've also moved this one to the Trains and Town forum because in the future we'll try to have as much MOCs as possible in the theme forums and only use the Your Own Creations forum for those MOCs that don't fit any theme forum.
One of the better ones so far.
And there's a good amount of troops in it.
However, in the painting it looks to me like the officer on the horse is wearing a shako and not a busby.
Of course, that's just a detail ;-)
The mod from my favorite Eurobricks forum is finally being interviewed *y*
But why did you answer my name on the last question? I have nothing interesting to say :-D
