A well designed and decent looking building! And I do like those transparent decals on the windows. Now all it needs is for you to finish the interior. That's always my favorite part. I didn't buy any of the modular buildings yet, but I'm considering it. Seeing your MOC gives me an extra push in the right direction.

I've never heard about any complaints about The Little Arms Shop. I just had a look at their website and it looks very professional. I don't agree you saying "It looks a little suspicous to me..." without anything concrete. That's negative publicity based on zero facts!
