  1. Ouch......that would not be good! It would be amazing, but I'm glad it doesn't - otherwise LEGO would've just repainted Smaug!
  2. And then everyone in the park would be well and truly done for!
  3. Agree with your point about the Enclosure set - feels like it should've had Six Minifigs, maybe another ACU Guy in slightly different gear and then a hunter/adventurer styled character to compliment the Vet. It also bugs me a little bit how the Vet seems to be the same in both sets, but that's an easy pop and swap fix. Also, I kinda noticed that with the Enclosure too - if Dr Whu isn't careful, the vet will be eaten instead of the Food he is trying to feed the Dino!
  4. Thanks Nova. :) Here's hoping the Escape set is another structure.
  5. Could someone tell me which shade of Blue this is, using LDD terms? I want to start designing some enclosures for the other Dinos when I get them.
  6. Pterandon Capture -Love how the design for this Helicopter is actually very, very fluent - a nice set, and one which, for supposedly £20, is definitely worth a couple of purchases! Dilophosaurus Ambush - The Jurassic World Jeep here looks very nice, and will be even nicer once those flickfires are gone. The Dino is nice - not sure how accurate it is, but still quite nice, and the inclusion of Gray with a Gyrosphere is nice too. Raptor Rampage - This one was already previewed and is fantastic - very excited for it. Indominus Rex Breakout - For the largest build of the lot, I think this is fantastic. A very nice looking enclosure with lots of nice features packed in, a phenomenal looking dinosaur, and a nice selection if figures. The compound itself looks fantastic. Loving the Minifigure selection too. All in all, very good. Love how we army build ACU troops across the sets too. T Rex Tracker - This is actually the one I am least keen on - there are some nice figures included, and the T-Rex is nice, but the vehicle looks kinda clunky. Apart from that, these sets are fantastic. Notice how two Raptors are missing from the overall sets, as is the sixth set? This will either be revealed soon as a store exclusive, or could be part of a second wave!
  7. Relevant, but if you guys are wanting a Rifle for Owen, as he appears to use a tranquilizer rifle for a large chunk of the film, then the Brickarms Springfield in Black would be a fairly close match to the on screen counterpart. http://www.minifigforlife.com/main.php?P=product&pid=C001115&T=Springfield%20USMC%20Sniper%20Rifle
  8. Very great first set to be revealed. Vehicle is extremely accurate to the source material, something which makes me extremely happy as we generally don't see that from LEGO. Two main characters is nice, and the InGen security is a nice army-build able figure - just wish we had some kind of Doctor to operate on the Dinos, but that is not hard to fashion together! Dinos look nice, and the computers are cool - just dislike the little turret build!
  9. What Month is Winter Soldier free at LEGO stores? I've saved up enough money to buy all the sets, but want to wait and get them when I can get Winter Soldier too! :)
  10. Figure looks great. I reckon we will see this on show at last at NYTF!
  11. Oh the bigger armoured vehicle - would be nice to get an official LEGO armoured vehicle!! I reckon that Dilophosaurus set could include the traditional JP Jeep, as that blue one could easily appear in another set? What other figures does everyone want to see? :)
  12. Good shout, Elrond. :) Either would be rather cool - would love the Mercedes. I am not sure about the Armoured Vehicle - haven't seen it in any filming pictures yet! Actually, I could see the T-Rex Tracker being the T-Rex, a Mercedes, and then the Helicopter with the Minigun.
  13. Good spot buddy! The truck in that set is definitely the mobile Veterinary Station - no questioning it. Indeed it does - quite excited for the big set now! Do you guys reckon we will see structures in any other sets?
  14. Looking at the Superbowl Trailer, it seems as if the Indominus Rex enclosure plays host the start 15-20 minutes of the film, when the Rex escapes. It has the gate, a large open space, walls, and then the tower, which I feel Lego have tried to replicate in the large set, and is something which I like more and more as I analyse that official image further. It feels as if they've seen it, and gone 'Right, we like that Enclosure, but how do we make it more interesting?" and the resulting effect is the really cool big structure we've seen, with things like a crane and feeding system added on. Already that set is a definite buy for me. Also, looking at the trailer, at one point we see an exterior view of the pen, with a 4x4 Style tracking vehicle with exposed back that looks very similar to the silhouettes which were kindly shared on page 23. This gets me very excited - LEGO seem to be being faithful to the key components and vehicles of the film, whilst adding their own spin to them, which is great! Couple of questions to get some discussion going here: Do you guys see anything else in the trailer that you believe matches up to the set names? Do you guys think we will see Jurassic Park sets next year, and if so, what? Loving this topic so far guys - thanks to everyone for getting involved and contributing in it to make a fun place to discuss these sets! So excited!
  15. Sounds like a great idea buddy. Love this little project. When I clicked on it, I couldn't help but hear the Bad Boys theme in my head. XD
  16. Quite disappointed if I am honest. I think this had a whole host of potential, but only a small bit of that potential has been realized here. The Rotating Propeller gimmick probably used a lot of potential interior space, but even so, there still could have been a Minifigure-scale room in the space where the Microfig control room is. The Microfigs were a good decision for display, but a very bad decision overall. Figures are mediocre at best - one of Hill's arms printed? Come on TLG. And the whole thing feels very - eh. Nice as a display model, but little appeal for me, and feel that it just missed some serious potential.
  17. Based on this silhouettes: Pteranodon Capture looks like a nice set which you could buy multiples of, as it includes the tower, which could be use in various park setups. Raptor Escape - Nice to see we get all four raptors across the two sets, hope we maybe get another park building in this one. Dilophosaurus Ambush - looks like a well designed jeep just form the silhouette alone! Hopefully the new dino mould is nice and we get some decent minifigs. One which I would maybe buy doubles if on sale. Raptor Rampage - Perfect -lots of nice elements brought together in one set, exactly what we need. Truck looks faithful to the Vet truck just from silhouette alone. Maybe a small fence piece to compliment it further. T-Rex Tracker - Interested regarding the figures, and any Vehicular additions. Ultra Dino - Great, this is the one we saw before, and I love it.
  18. The aesthetic design of the Helicarrier is beautiful - very faithful to the source material, and looks like a fantastic display piece. Well done TLG! However, it falls apart when it comes to the play-ability. Whilst I appreciate that the Technic function is nice, that seems to have cost vital interior space. I mean, the underscaled figures - I can see why they did it, but it feels like a real stomach blow. Could've fitted one nicely proportioned, minifigure scale room in there if it wasn't for the rotor function. Eh, it stings. And the Minifigures - Hill is great, but the rest are meh. Should've had a Coulson or generic SHIELD agents as opposed to Hawkeye and Black Widow. Ah well. Great effort TLG. As a display piece, it is great! Sadly, that's about it.
  19. Lol. It probably is some random Jeep in a Jurassic World color scheme - just thought I'd share those images as it'd be epic to get something like the MRAP-Style armored car!
  20. On the bottom row you can see the Vet vehicle I make reference to. However, none of these look like the vehicle which Owen is standing on, unless it's the 6x6?
  21. Carnage set is great, and assuming that jet is SHIELD - when did they ever use that?
  22. All fair points. I am certain that the Vet vehicle described in the post for that one set is the vehicle image I linked. Anyone wanna see an image that shows all the JW vehicles? Might help with some guesses.
