Marvel Superheroes 2015 Rumors & Discussion
Tom Jurassic replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
Thanks Steph, much appreciated. :) So guys, one of the rumored sets is another 4x4. Could this be an Avengers vehicle, similar to the new Quinjet, that is custom built for the team? If not, surely it's either SHIELD or HYDRA, which lends itself to some very interesting possibilities indeed! -
Epic build dude! Love the concept that Tony Stark helped develop it - really cool idea!

Marvel Superheroes 2015 Rumors & Discussion

Looking forward to seeing the prelims whenever they come out? Can anyone help me here - when are the UCS sets usually announced? I've never really bought the larger sets due to money being tight, but the Helicarrier will be my first one. I've even ordered a second SHIELD 4x4 to make a nice MOC with it. -
Nice mods! Really take this from a good set, and make it an epic set. Look forward to seeing your finished model soon!

Jurassic World 2015 Rumors & Discussion
Tom Jurassic replied to adotnamedstud's topic in LEGO Licensed
Bear in mind we may not even get a Monorail, guys. Hopefully we do, but Lego could do anything at this stage. I personally only have one real hope - we get a lot of JW staff. I don't want lots of the same figures such as Owen, and no staff for the park. Staff minifigs are crucial. I'd also hope that our £20 set consists of the JW 4x4, a small piece of structure, and a raptor. :)- 1,412 replies

Thanks for running this again! Won some LOTR figures last year, which my Mum loves, as we bought her a couple of the smaller sets! I am working on my entry now. -

Really pumped. It's gonna be epic. I saw those Gyro-Balls in a photo somewhere, but didn't know if they were actually being used or not. Man, if we see a Dino chase with them...- 1,412 replies

Am I the only one, who looking at that, see's some kind of seam where it could potentially open up to reveal an interior? -

Little bit off topic here, but in the original JP, the T-Rex survived, right? What if this Rex is the original one. Would explain the deco.- 1,412 replies

That is a fair point. Hopefully this means the vehicles get a lot of focus in terms of matching their on-screen design, as we know there's a whole plethora of vehicles in JW. And hopefully it means that structurally, we could maybe see small enclosure and habitat pieces in each set!- 1,412 replies

Jurassic World 2015 Rumors & Discussion
Tom Jurassic replied to adotnamedstud's topic in LEGO Licensed
Credit to Just2good https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PYDN4LuL8AU I must admit, I am disappointed. The Dinos we are receiving are nice, but they are not too dis-similar to those seen in the Dino 2012 line. However, they are nice, and give collectors like myself, who did not collect the 2012 line, a chance to acquire these Dinos. What I want to know, is do you guys think we could see a second wave featuring new moulds? It's a new franchise for LEGO, and surely they'll try to make money from it?- 1,412 replies

Hmmm. Anyone reckon we could see more SHIELD in the Spiderman sets? Literally, an agent or two and a vehicle per set would be pretty cool. -

Something this size would be perfect: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8151/7663046354_685286a86b.jpg Could Include the Control Deck with Fury's Station, and a Couple of Computer Banks with Chairs, Then in the Middle the room in which Loki is contained, with real dropping Prison Containment Unit, and at the rear, the Lab, with actual glass blocks used to form the rear wall. Underneath the Body could be an optional Modular Addition of the Insight Control room from The Winter Soldier, with break-apart features. The deck could feature a Helipad and the Control Tower, with a small armory/control station located within the tower, and then plenty of deck details and space, including side-walkways, etc. Would be modular and easily acessible. Twelve Figures Included: Nick Fury, Agent Hill, Agent Coulson, Bruce Banner, SHIELD Stealth Strike Cap, The Winter Soldier, Falcon, A new Variant of Iron Man, and 4x SHIELD Agents. -

I'd want ten figures. Phil Coulson, Maria Hill, Nick Fury, Bruce Banner, Stealth SHIELD Strike Cap (With Alternate Steve Rogers head), The Winter Soldier, and 4x SHIELD Agents. -

I'm not sure. Lego are revealing something at NYCC, and it's something big. Age of Ultron, possible, but they've had the Marvel Line for a while. The JW License is new, and is definitely something they want to capitalize on...- 1,412 replies

Now SHIELD is redeemed for a Second Series, reckon a set is any more likely? Seems to be gaining popularity.
