Bionicle list 2008
Lord Admiral Helden Ravensdorn replied to legomilk's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Chill. They're just toys :P -
How should we know? We wont see a picture of them for another 6 months *at least* - probably longer.

A: The Toa Nuva are NOT dead. ARE NOT. 2: Yeah, I thought you didnt care at all any more? If so, why post inaccurate info?

I have an idea! Combine them into one big Iron Condor that doesnt suck like the set does.

Bionicle list 2008
Lord Admiral Helden Ravensdorn replied to legomilk's topic in LEGO Action Figures
I concur they arent as bad as the names I posted - that was the whole point. Im just finding these, as Hewkii9 pointed out, bad "witty" knock-offs of real words as names that come out as poor fantasy names to be quite trying. Ikki of Moopyville and I came up with "Lekua" as a good alternative to "Lesovikk", for example. -
Brickshelf NOT dead

Eh, for you AFOLs who dont flinch at dropping more then $100 at a time for any Lego product, it shouldnt be too steep... I might sign up for a featured account for, say, a few months. -

Toysrus under siege

We shop at Martins; have been for 15 years. Far superior to Wal-Mart, IMHO. -
We must be quick, then! Not only do we need to save our own files, we need to save others files as well. Let us get organized; we need to save all the best galleries of every category! I will save my own files as well as the ones I have bookmarked and any I can come across that catch my interest. As I said, we must rally quickly! I call on someone more involved in the community, such as Jinzo, to take the lead in this, as I can not.

I have two Wal-Marts within a 15 mile radius. We, as a family, refuse to stop at them unless there is something that cannot be found anywhere else (which is incredibly rare). -

I have a ton of ancient MoC pictures of other peoples stuff - and I mean ancient, 2001 vintage - on m' other compy. Ill try to get them to someone so they can be uploaded - I personally hate Photobucket :) EDIT: All hands for a "Egad! Ban Zane!"? Or at the very least, send this pestilent, traitorous, cow-hearted, yeasty codpiece to the brig! -

Ah, yet another reason why I have no use for Wal-Mart. -
Dark Ages my big behind?
Lord Admiral Helden Ravensdorn replied to maiq the liar's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I had one bout that age, too. You see, 'round 'ere, Legos are thought of as being, well, toys. We are involved in so many things, most of which are - and I will concur - far bigger then Lego. But, I figure that as long as I move forward on other fronts, I can spend some of my money on Lego and entertain myself once in a while :) -

Someone has got Lesovikk!
Lord Admiral Helden Ravensdorn replied to PSPguy's topic in LEGO Action Figures
I fail to be impressed. The biggest thing I like about this gallery is that it proves several of my points. Lets go through them, shall we? First off, everyone said that Karzahnitoran was blue. Well, lookie here, boys: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/WildEep/.../karzahni03.jpg BLACK. How do you feel about another black Great Ruru? We had one on Whenua, then Garan, then Umbra, and now this guy. Secondly, just as I said, ITS A TRAP! http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/WildEep/.../karzahni10.jpg Thirdly, three cheers for the fewer-parts blade-collection Ussanui clone: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/WildEep/.../lesovikk04.jpg Fourth: The only use I see this set being to people who plan on following the 2007 storyline is to replace Lesovikks head with Kongu's so as to make a real Toa of Air. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/WildEep/.../lesovikk11.jpg Fifth: Awesome http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/WildEep/...7/maxilos06.jpg Sixth: We needed this set as the Makuta in 2003. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/WildEep/...7/maxilos02.jpg -

Actually, I got it half off from Shop @ Home, along with a half-off Axonn and Brutaka.
