  1. I know, VK, I was jus' reffering to GregF's personal target audience :) Yeah, yeah, I know, someones gonna hit me for this. Anyhow, all I know is that not a single joint has broken - despite years of wear and tear - on any of my 01-04 sets, yet my 06-07 sets have cracked joints. And I dont even take them apart! (I dont have enough 05 sets to tell...)
  2. If careful and responsible Lego enthusiests like us break them, I'd hate to see what your average Target Audience (age 1-8) Bionicle fan does with them.
  3. So, you have to be both careful and not have kittens in your room. *looks at his poor Ehlek*
  4. As a huge GOW fan (despite the fact that I've never actually played the game), this is AWESOME! Great job!
  5. Yuppers. Unfortunetly, I dont have a single remedy for healing a BROKEN joint that wont be obvious when you look at it.
  6. Thankee! I've been doing most of them on commision over at BZP.
  7. Hate to break it to ya, Jinzo, but I've already customized all these Bionicle peices: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=252129 ;)
  8. Basically, heres my problem. I have 6 Toa Metru. Their joints are still as tight as the day I got them. I can even see colored powder from where the balljoint itself has gotten shaved from continual use. And they're still tight. Now, I have 5 Inika. Every last one of them is floppy as all getout. Superior articulation be d*mned, I cant get them to stand up without falling over - forget any fancy poses. The joints are incredibly loose even after considerable play.I'm going to try putting tape or something in the joints to try to force them the come closer together - similar to how putting kleenex in the old Skellie's arm joints made them not floppy.
  9. No, that does NOT explain why my Toa Metru joints are stiff. You know why? The very first thing I noticed about EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM, the VERY FIRST TIME I ASSEMBLED EACH ONE, was that the joints were stiff :)
  10. The plastic they used in the joint peices of all the 2006/7 sets suck. All my Ehlek's joints are cracked, and the joints of EVERY SINGLE 2006/7 SETS ARE FLOPPY AS HELL. My Toa Metru have been through countless hours of hard playing and posing, and their joints are still as stiff as the day I bought them. Legos quality is MAJORLY slipping.
  11. The way I see it, whilst fighting Darth Sidius, Kit got killed in 3 swings, whereas Mace actually held his own for most of the fight. So, I vote Mace for not completely sucking.
  12. Boba the Feet was a typo. I *SWEAR*.
  13. Mkay. You can see more at http://www.odysseyhouseonline.com/MoraNuiIndex.html :)
  14. Anyone mind loaning me a Jellie so I can participate? :P
  15. If ever you find yourself throwing a can of AXE bodyspray into the fire, retreat to at least 20 feet away until it explodes. Furthermore, never drop your sunglasses into a bonfire. They melt.
  16. He's Boba the Feet, and his Backpack's got Jets. So, he wins, of course.
  17. Its a good mosaic and all, but, well... he's Republican *sad* ... Nuff said. So, good luck on yer sale :)
  18. As Greg Farshtey would say, however, these sets are marketed at 6-8 year olds who honestly dont care what they're paying for as long as it has the word "BIONICLE" branded to it.
  19. I'd support it - Certainly be far better then ruttin' Spongebob. *shivers*
  20. PSPguys, which he has since removed.
  21. Wait, woah, back up. All I saw was his banner with a bunch of EB member names - memorably Nadroj - and some dude being chased by a pirate captain. I, in my own weird thought process - took this to mean that they were the ones being chased by the skeleton captain. No insult was intended, though I do understand how it could be misunderstood. I apologize for any misunderstanding caused by my misclarification of my observation.
  22. The Halo universe doesnt have enough potential or following for a story, but Monopoly does, eh? I hope it flops. Horribly.
  23. Ima go out on a limb and say... no. *vader*
  24. I think that can be said for all of us.
