  1. 9395 8436 8421 9395 is staying built as the A model. 8436 is going to be the base for my next project. 8421 is getting broken down for parts.
  2. I have just submitted my first LEGO CUUSOO project, this is a new experience for me and I am hoping to get some votes, I doubt I will reach 10,000 but I might get lucky :)
  3. Very well done, I love the look of this.
  4. Thanks :) I am buying another copy of 9395 tonight and I think this might be kept as the A model. I am also getting 8421 and 8436 which will be broken down for parts to build my front loader.
  5. Well yesterday I had a fairly busy LEGO day :) - Purchased a LEGO Technic set, stripped out the most expensive pieces (Power Functions) and now sold it for over a 50% profit :) - Made a new video of my Technic rubbish truck MOCs in action and posted to my blog / YouTube. - Arranged to buy some sets off a mate tonight to add to my parts collection. - Posted on various LEGO forums / groups.
  6. Excellent work with this, I love the level of detail you have put in to your model.
  7. Yes, once I get some more pieces (I am buying some sets tonight to piece out) I am going to improve it, it works ok until you add the weight of the tyres in to the bin.
  8. I am sorry but I think I am missing the point of your post? Are you saying that the descriptions of these sets are wrong?
  9. Good looking collection, you are clearly going for quality over quantity :)
  10. I have just uploaded a video of my three LEGO Technic rubbish trucks in action and a new photo. http://youtu.be/hD0EJffER4k
  11. The only "must buy" on my list is 42024 (http://www.lego.com/en-us/technic/products/new/42024) I am also going to try and track down some cheap Technic sets just for parting out and MOCíng
  12. Personally I think we need more sets that are connected or related to each other in a single year, like they did in 1990 with the rally theme. http://technicopedia.com/1990.html "Finally, there were 3 sets in a new "Rally" series. A small 6 wheeled car featured 4 wheel steering. A buggy featured the new engine system and rear suspension. The large truck featured rack and pinion steering and a V-6 engine."
  13. You have done an amazing job with this, well done.
  14. I will see what I can come up with, I have another little project I am planning at the moment that I want to do first :)
  15. Yes, simply because having now had it for a longer period of time the short comings of it are now clearer to me. I was basing this just on the sets I own.
  16. My vote goes to 8297, take away the power functions and you don't really have much left :(
  17. Simply amazing, you have put a huge amount of time and effort in to this and it shows.
  18. That is very cool, I love the way the body is removable :)
  19. You must be a mind reader as this is what my next plan is. I am selling some sets off at the moment to buy the pieces for it. I am thinking I might make it in yellow to match my other one :)
  20. This sounds like an amazing flag ship set, I might put forks on it and use it as a loader :)
  21. Yes I had a couple of months away from the hobby, nice to now be back in to it with a clearer focus. My parts collection is starting to get a bit low, once I break down some sets I will have some more pieces to fill these in more :)
