What Lego-related thing did you do today?
Paul B Technic replied to Savage Oppress's topic in Community
Well yesterday I had a fairly busy LEGO day :) - Purchased a LEGO Technic set, stripped out the most expensive pieces (Power Functions) and now sold it for over a 50% profit :) - Made a new video of my Technic rubbish truck MOCs in action and posted to my blog / YouTube. - Arranged to buy some sets off a mate tonight to add to my parts collection. - Posted on various LEGO forums / groups. -

Excellent work with this, I love the level of detail you have put in to your model. -
The only "must buy" on my list is 42024 (http://www.lego.com/en-us/technic/products/new/42024) I am also going to try and track down some cheap Technic sets just for parting out and MOCíng

Technic in Design Limbo?
Paul B Technic replied to allanp's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Personally I think we need more sets that are connected or related to each other in a single year, like they did in 1990 with the rally theme. http://technicopedia.com/1990.html "Finally, there were 3 sets in a new "Rally" series. A small 6 wheeled car featured 4 wheel steering. A buggy featured the new engine system and rear suspension. The large truck featured rack and pinion steering and a V-6 engine." -
Simply amazing, you have put a huge amount of time and effort in to this and it shows.
