Alright, here are the sails. I am not quite sure how to post them here so if I didn't do something right here please let me know. Also it may be an hour or so before the folder becomes public. I do hope that Lego wouldn't push any copyright laws. I am going to make some scans of the Imperial Flagships sails for everyone to use today, but I would like to know how to post them on here. I want to make a pdf. file so that people can just size the image to 100% and get the correct size of the sail when they print it out. I don't really want to take up my attachments cache with this so could one of you guys tell me how to do it. Do I just email the pdf. to one of the moderators or do I do something else. Any information regarding this would be appreciated.

I would just like to have an American flag for the US frontier and a japanese flag for feudal Japan.

I was trying to make a unit of armed swordsman similer to what the Medieval 2 Total War game had for the English Faction. I ended up just giving up. Oh, well I will build it later and now I will have a couple new factions to have my forces battle with.

I have not been able to find any more Pirates in my area. Oh, well I guess I will just have to stick to bricklink until the new Castle theme comes out.

I wonder why the Imperial Flagship is backordered everywhere but the U.S. That sure doesn't make a lot of sense. I mean it doesn't bother me since I live in the U.S. but, why did Lego not keep a bigger stock for their European stores and warehouses.

I would think that Lego would still be able to use the old parts for the SES and I wouldn't mind an updated color scheme similer to what they used on the brickbeards bounty. However I think you might be right. I just don't understand why Lego would re-release such and ugly ship like the RBR and not a beautiful ship like the SES.

I like it. You did a very good job with the color scheme. I like how you replaced the cheap looking yellow/gold with the white. That looks really good. Someday somebody "me" is going to upload some scans of the Imperial flagships sails. You could use those. Again, you made a really good looking ship.

I was just wondering what the chances are of Lego re-issuing any more of its older pirate sets. We have had the Black Sead Berracuda and Red Beard Runner re-issued but I would love to see the Skull Eyes Schooner reissued again. I absolutly love that ship and I would buy three or more if it were reissued. Does anybody have an opinion on this?

Yes I got two of the Imperial Flagship and the one I did open did have the two dresses.

I would take a look at the review for it. I just comes with the same elements and parts that the regular pirate sets come with. If one were to get it for army building purposes I would say yes but, not at the $50-60 price tag.

Everybody's ships look so cool. I would start ordering parts right now but I won't be able to afford them until June. I spent all of my money on the Imperial Flagship. I do hope somebody indexes this thread so that I can refer back to it when I start. I would like to ask about how much it costs to build one of those frigates. I am on a limited budget and I would like to know if it is in my price range.

I have made a new post toward the end with all of the new parts I want so that you don't have to go through all of my posts one by one.

Yeah, I agree with you there. Oh well, I still think it will be a great line.

I just talked to a sales person at the local Lego store here in Bellevue, WA and they said that they will not be getting anymore pirates sets in and that he also thought that Lego has actually stopped manufacturing the Pirates line. So, what have the rest of you heard. I thought Lego said they would produce Pirates up until July but, now I am hearing that they have already discontinued the line.

I don't know why I didn't think of that. I will totally use that torso for my lara croft. Thanks for all of your suggestions, I will post pictures when I finnish her and have her in one of my adventerer sets.

I hope that those low prices on the smaller sets means we will get a lot of army builder sets this time. I didn't like having to pay $4-5 for just one knight and $16 for just 5 knights.

Prince of Persia will be the best I think just because the sets look so cool.

I agree with everything except that I would get duplicates of loot island. That set comes with the cool baseplate that you can use for sand dunes, another soldier, the skull piece, and another dark blue imperial boat.

I have been trying to find a good Lara Croft figure for some of my adventerer sets. I don't like the Johnny Thunder theme anymore and I would like to make Lara Croft the hero of my adventerer sets. Do any of you guys have some sugestions such as clothing, Lego heads, where to find her two holsters, etc...

I absolutly love this set. This is in my opinion the best Adventurers set. It has it all; the falling bridge, the falling skeleton, the spear trap, and the classic trapdoor. It is a must-have set. Thanks for providing such a nice review.

Thank you for a such a good review of this castle. Now I know what I am about to say is heresy :skull: but I am really not very impressed with this set. It is so small. Yes, it is more accurate structurally but the small size compared to the minifigures just ruins it for me. I mean all an enemy knight has to do is ride his horse and he would be able to climb over the wall by just using his horse as a boost. However I do think that the set is more accurate in terms of architecture so I will give it an average.

Yes I would absolutly recommend the soldier fort and the loot island. Yeah Loot island is not as impressive as some of the other sets but I love the base as it would make great sand dunes and the boat is cool and I love the skull piece. The smallest sets are great army builders. I personly don't like the fact that the imperial flagship doesn't come with any sailors just soldiers so, I am using the pirate from the cannon attack set as sailors on my imperial flagship. I would really recommend that you get these sets while you can. Even if you don't like the actual set there are some nice parts that come with all of the sets.

I have found them extremly useful. I was able to learn so much information from those indexes including some history about Lego pirates and I was able to get pictures of sets that I couldn't get anywhere else. So I do hope that you will continue to keep them.
