  8. Hello everyone, it's time to present my penultimate German locomotive: the BR203 112-8 ...a diesel locomotive that will be used for a project completed in November 2018 (suspense! ) Actually it's a MOD of the Lego Set n. 3677. I added the handrails, the side doors to the cabin and the lights. Even the livery is all red with the CARGO logo. I hope you like the model ... it will soon be on duty with its whole convoy!
  9. A few less than 800 pieces Since I'm a big fan of Marklin when I was a small child I dreamed of structures like these in lego ... but I had neither the skills nor the elements to do it ...now I feel like I've realized a dream! The parts above the windows are the ref. n. 44674

  15. Hello Everyone, after seeing the fantastic Steam Locomotive Factory made by Solic and the Blast Furnace made by Ymarilego I wanted to build the steel mill that will be part of the railway circuit I'm working on But how a steel mill works? The torpedo wagon carries molten iron... ...molten cast iron is poured into a mold to form an ingot ready to be placed in the furnace... ...to turn cast iron (which has a carbon content between 2% and 4.2%) in iron steel (which has a carbon content below 2%) it’s necessary to burn carbon excesses. The easy and convenient way to provide the oxygen necessary to burn the excess carbon (and other polluting elements) is the use iron oxides... ...the release of oxygen in the blast furnace also increases the temperature allowing to have a better fusion... ...in the analysis laboratory is developed the recipe to obtain the correct values of nickel and chromium to make stainless steel... ...the hot steel slab is flattened and lowered in thickness... ...finally it is wrapped on the reel... ...once the steel is cooled it’s ready to be sent on road or rail to the destination of further use! See you with my next industrial plant!
