  1. Great MOC! It's a grey rat!
  2. Can you index my MOC, "Drawbridge Mechanism"?
  3. Can you put my MOC "The Sunken Brick"? (It's a pub)
  4. I wonder how will TLG make the skeleton monkey.
  5. Maybe it'll be Ninjas vs. Pirates
  6. A bar/pub/tavern/inn built from the well-known Pirates set, Brickbeard's Bounty. (6243, links: bricklink, brickset, LEGO® website). I don't have enough parts for a roof, so It's going to remain half-built until I'll get my Medieval Market Village- it's really expensive in Israel, about 850 Shekels (220 USD). Click here for more pictures and information.
  7. Great MOC! The sails look good- I don't think you should switch to another material, this one looks more pirate-ish, and gives the ship a mercenary ship or a ghost ship The black slopes and the railing are great. I also like the windows. Did you use a mudguard for these?
  8. The folder is not public yet. The waves seems a bit unrealistic (I think that blue tiles with no waves would be better) but I like the use of the cannon base and the "basket".
  9. The Karate guy is Jackie Chan winning an Oscar...
  10. I've finished The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series (by Douglas Adams) for the second time two weeks ago. The books get more complicated as the plot goes on, but these are the best I've ever read. "There is an art, it says, or rather, a knack to flying. The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss... Clearly, it is this second part, the missing, which presents the difficulties." (Life, the Universe and Everything, chapter 9) I also want to re-read The Chronicles of Narnia series.
  11. In fact, someone E-mailed him without commenting. Don't jump to conclusions.

    Question

    Of course!

    Question

That's exactly what happened to me when I tried to make a deck. Thanks! I don't have enough parts to build something nearly as good as these, but they're great.

    Question

I'm working on a pub, built from the parts of "Brickbeard's Bounty" set. Has anyone ever did something similar? I would also like to see other Brickbeard's Bounty mods. EDIT: I've posted the MOC. Link
  15. You can use it as a gate, a statue or a shrine.
  16. Mine is a city set, "Off-Road Fire Rescue" An average set. A bit boring, though.
  17. That's the point of the topic: I can't think of another way to use the part I mentioned above.
  18. This topic can be a start of a contest...
  19. For more information about the minifigs and for the story, click here. My second castle MOC! I've used old "Expert Builder" gears that were found in the attic in this MOC. (These parts are 40 years old!) There's a blue pin connected to the gear. When the gear spins clockwise, the pin reaches the "brake" and holds the bridge mid-air. This gear also spins the second gear counter-clockwise. The second gear is connected to an axle, and when the axle spins it lifts the whole bridge. The heads of the towers are removable. There's a wheel in one of the towers. It is connected to the gear with the pin. When the wheel is spun, it activates the whole mechanism. The wheel was spun, so the pin reached the "brake". The second tower. It took few days to build, because I forgot I had these gears- I even tried to build it with a tractor's wheels , but there was not enough friction. I've filmed the mechanism in action, but Youtube and Photobucket gave me an error message when I tried to upload it. You may notice that in some pictures, the flags are connected to "poles" and in some pictures there are no poles, because I took some pictures in the evening, and in the morning I didn't find one pole, so I removed the second.
  20. Thanks. You can remove the bigger part of the horn to make it smaller.
  21. If there are more, link. (It's "Most usless LEGO parts)
  22. B-V-10A I don't know if that MOC goes into this forum, but anyway: MOCpages
  23. I don't collect trains. Can you add a Bricklink link or Peeron link?
  24. This my first topic! I haven't find any topic in this subject so: What are the most usless unhelpful or unneccery LEGO parts? I think this is one of the most unhelpful parts: (Bricklink) It appeared in three sets in "Alpha Team: Mission Deep Sea". (Information from bricklink)
  25. I'm Israeli, and Lego is really overpriced here. Brickbeard's Bounty, for example, costs more than 700 Shekels (about 200 USD instead of 100). The little impulse sets cost about 25 to 30 Shekels (6 to 8 USD).Israel also has no LUG (as far as I know) or Shop@Home.
