    Does anyone know when we should expect a second wave? I'm guessing March, because The LEGO Movie 2 line will come out next January

    I wouldn't count on Nexo Knights appearing in the film, since the line has been cancelled But I bet the Ninjago Movie gang will appear at some point. Hope at least Dave Franco and Justin Theroux will reprise their roles.

    And we are still missing the Ravenclaw torso. Watch it being exclusive to the D2C Hogwarts Castle

    You know, I was about to update the first post with the Aragog set, then I remembered it is a leak hahahaha That was close ............... I almost wish they had made the forest scene from the first film instead So we would get Harry, Draco, the cloaked figure, a new unicorn mold (horse body + new unicorn head) and Firenze, the centaur. Aragog looks nice, but he could have been included in the Briefcase set instead. This set feels almost redundant, because the scene has been made before and the minifigures are not exclusive.

    My least favorite set so far Aragog looks kinda cartoonish. And the minifigures are the same from the Hogwarts Express, right? Easy pass

    For videogames is kinda hard to predict how successful they will be and how long they'll be around. Look at Pokemon Go. It came and went in like 3 months. So, I understand they TLG took 2 years to make the decision By the way, is this the first time we are getting a license based on a videogame alone, I mean without any movie coming or something (like Angry Birds)?

    I'm suprised to see a lot of you are suggesting a CMF for this theme. I didn't even know what Overwatch was until this thread was posted and I googled it. I feel like a live under a rock If you see the licensed CMFs so far they are really big brands: Disney, Batman, Simpsons and Harry Potter

    Yes, but LEGO products are based on the movie, not other merchandise. Let alone props And Nagini in the movie is far from tan. It's dark green. Heck, in the 2010 set Nagini was green, right?

    It could be a prototype like this one which was never released. That would also explain why Nagini's color is off

    They think the LEGO Movie Sequel's box office will be a huge factor here If TLMS does as bad as Ninjago, I don't think this Billion Brick Race movie will be ever released

    In Scooby Doo he appeared in a printed tile in the Museum set. In the Ninjago Movie, he appears in a printed tile in the new Ninjago Docks set

    No idea And LEGO knows how popular the character is. They keep bringing him back They did it for The LEGO Movie. He also appear in Scooby Doo and Ninjago Movie One can only hope The LEGO Movie Sequel will include him somewhow

    Not all the characters can be duplicated. Like, I wouldn't see the point of getting another Quirrell, or a second Oliver Wood And some of remaining ones are not that hard to guess It was said this wave was movies 1 to 3, and we already got Quirrell and Lupin. So, at this point Lockhart is a given Which makes me wonder if the D2C Hogwarts will be based on CoS, which could mean the Chamber ifself could be included in the set.
