Exactly. If you want LEGO Ideas to make a set, then LEGO Ideas is the way. If they listen to this, then LEGO Ideas is kind of pointless (as @MAB said earlier in thread). Why would you bother posting a project there if you can start a campaign on Twitter?

Whoa Batman went full Nexo Knight there Like the Nexo Dark Knight or something It looks like he is ready to say "Alfred, Nexo Knight!" I like the Firefly and Poison Ivy minifigures, but I just think the mech is so extra How come that thing comes and goes from Wayne Manor and no one notices it? It's almost a Transformers-size robot

Maybe even the same beard piece recolored With Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff.... I think they didn't appeard in any movie. I'm failing to see your point here because one theme has nothing to do with the other In any case we couldn't even talk about the theme being a replacement for Dr Who because Dr Who has never a theme on its own. It only existed in the Dimensions and Ideas lines

This is actually what I was expecting I thought the D2C would be a huge portion of he castle built like the Ninjago City D2C, and featuring the Grand Starcase About the set feeling incomplete, I get what you mean but the "front" of it could have been the Clock Tower Courtyard.
