    The MF monsters were like 80s or 90s styled the monster figthers themselves looked like Victorian Era Steampunk. Some of them, anyway

    That would explain why the animal costumed CMFs are so popular It seems the CMF designers were way ahead of the wave

    That doesn't look steampunk to me, but who knows.... But I don't see Monster Fighters there...... anyway, I hope this will be a set.

    Boy.. this movie is giving me some strong noir vibes The sets from this movie will be interesting for sure.

    But that would also mean that the CMF would be awfully redundant, filled with characters who are also in those 2 sets. Just like the Vintage Mickey and Minnie but it would be up to 6-7 minifigures this time around.

    With Series R we reached the 20th series of ideas for CMFs. Hooray! So, now we have enough series to fill the second encyclopedia of minifigures, featuring the characters from Series K to R.     It does look like a hooker I'm afraid it will look weird without the beard. A lot of empty space between the mask and the head

    The more I see the Pirate Woman, the less I like it She seems to be... lacking printing? Or maybe another accesory. And the red lipstick almost make her look like a costume, rather than an actual pirate

    So if this is licensed, and I can't help but think on the Winnie the Pooh molds needed for the Ideas set If this series is indeed Disney S3... then the approval of the set makes more sense On the other hand, it would be too soon after Disney S2...

    I thought about giving him the long bow+arrow but that would be lot of plastic for a single figure, which has a huge new mold and a new hairpiece. The cost would be too high. Thats what I thought. About the Minotaur, I dont see the point of remake it. The Series 6 one is perfect

    With this news, another guessing game beggins... what will be the Sep2020 series be? I would hope for S21 of course. Since the HP S3 was delayed, only a regular series could be produced fast enough to work as a replacement.

    While the coronavirus might play a factor, I think the delay of the movie is the real reason here.
