  1. Ah, good. I voted. *sweet*
  2. Wishing you a belated birthday, chap. X-D
  3. Wow. My crumby little WIP has drawn much more attention than I originaly expected. I wonder where all those votes came from.... Thank you, Mr. Athos. You're right about the colors, although it doesn't bother me personally. I doubt he'll be able to answer as he's not a member here. Looks like it involved a little modification to me. Who'd you vote for in the 'most accurate' section? :) Thanks, Mr. Willems. :-$ I really mostly did it out of laziness knowing it wouldn't be bad, but actually better! It seems I am one of the few who like the new grays and brown, mixing them makes something look more natural and weathered. *y* As for my votes 'best looking' goes to Sir Nadroj's town and the other two go to the wonderful glorious myself. :-P Mr. Varos should really get an account here, he has some really great stuff that have been posted here before by various people including the wonderful glorious myself.
  4. Major update! I still don't like the checkered scheme......but I like the tan house. It's not in the creator's folder. It seems someone else has taken pictures of it on display at the ' Klodsfest'. http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=249357
  5. Here's my not so progressive work in progress. The whole subterranean gallery once moderated.
  6. Brilliant set. As I like the Redcoats better than the blue, as the British are superior to French, and I like the port thing better than the fort, I think it's the very best of the pirate theme. I ordered one off Bricklink a month ago and I should recieve it, like, tomorrow. X-D Expect a review.

  8. Any time, Mr. Phred! So you just had the torso handy, huh? I really like it, much better than the blue with the "US" belt buckle. However, I'm contemplating whether white pants would have a better effect.

Nice ship there, Mr. Phred. I think my favorite part is the improvision, although the 'windows' on both the starboard and port sterncastle sides are a bit puny and silly looking..... Nah....ya think?
  10. Seach button opens a new window? That's strange. I don't have that. Because Oh no! We can embed viruses!!!
  11. 1. So if you're making two entries one must be a section of grotto and the other must be a section of the town? 2. Will it be town vs. town and Grotto vs. Grotto in the poll? That means you would need two threads..... 3. At the current pace by the time the week's up and you might not have enough entries to make a 'top five' (which seems fairly irrelevant to me). 4. Are the Pirates in the cell part of the grotto? 5. Where did you get those non-Lego lanterns? I second this.
  12. It's good you've mastered the techniques of Willy's sail tutorial. Now you just have to master another, ApophisV's picture resizing tutorial. *y*
  13. Yup, Kiku said it. Yesterday I decided I'd had enough Hoth and I needed the baseplate.....so.....it's gone now, but immortalized in pictures on the internet. :-)
  14. So that explains it! All Belgium's has been vacationing to America! Between last Sunday and Monday my town got almost nine inches of rain. X-D
  15. Nice. After doing some research I have realized that this torso is very fitting for Wellington, and your current torso, not so much. What do you think? :)
  16. Aw darn. Them rebels can't take on the whole empire from out of just one base.....the rebel fleet isn't that small.......we need more of them bases then.......maybe inlarge the Yub-Yub factory on Kamino.....
  17. That's quite a long bow, Mr. Athos. I like him, but perhaps you could use some technic bricks or pins to attach three or four lightsaber blades instead of those 1x1 cylinders. Looks like you also need to do a little more adjective research. ;-) :-P I believe Mr. Cleese was mistaken by writing Dannis Moore, as the character is in fact Dennis Moore. Shame, you'd think Mr. Cleese would know the name of the character he's playing....broadcasted on national TV....
  18. You are most certainly welcome, Lord Bonaparte. But I posted this eight hours and fifty-two minutes before you did, so I win! :-P
  19. We'ze gots 2 base, one in Dantooine and one on Yavin, also zere's that outpost on Hoth and the Yub-Yub factories on Kamino......all your base are belong to us.....
  20. Nope, not the same guy. Mr. Sklar apparently brought this at the April '07 Qu
  21. Matthew Sklar has many great pictures on his flickr of the new Castle set 7094 King's Castle Siege. 8-
  22. Yes, and so are the two darktroopers that go with it.
  23. General oo7 to Lieutenant Piranha.... Lieutenant, I'm assigning you to our base on Yavin, there should be a transport arriving at your location shortly. Once you have reached your destination you will find your senior officer eagerly awaiting your arrival and a new fighter of your choice. I'm assigning you to defend the base and locate that Imperial TK and his sidekick commando Casewindu. Real trouble-makes, those two. General oo7 over and out.
  24. Hooray! A new recruit! Report to the TIE army thread immediately for further instruction, lieutenant.
